Modern 3BR Mountain Retreat in North Keystone

Frey Gulch 58 is built for families who want their own townhome after ski days — three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and mountain views from the dinner table.

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE
- King suite for the parents, walk-in shower included
- Queen room + twin bunk room for kids or guests
- Peaks and ski runs framed in the windows
- Private garage & in-unit washer/dryer
- Gas fireplace beneath vaulted ceilings
- Dining for six plus island seating for four

Everyone gets a real bed and real space here. The primary suite is upstairs on its own level with a desk for anyone on work duty; the guest room and the bunk room sit together on the entry level near a dual-sink bath — perfect for keeping the kids' zone contained.

The great room is where the trip happens: a big sectional around the stone fireplace, snowy summits out the picture window, and a kitchen with a gas range and granite island where cocoa and chili production runs all week. In-unit laundry means everyone flies home with clean gear.

Step onto the balcony for alpenglow, or let the kids stomp snow off their boots on the covered patio below. For a family ski week with elbow room, reserve Frey Gulch 58 in North Keystone.

Two vehicles can park on site: one in the private garage and one outside, on the left side of the garage door as you face the townhome.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Bathrooms are shared.

This home is a well-located, well-kept unit. The service was very attentive and easy to reach with the few questions we had. Self-checkin was a breeze. The home is well-stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and elsewhere. The bedding is nice and clean as are the bathrooms.

Wonderful Condo!

Very well furnished, roomy, and comfortable with a lovely view. The condo is located very conveniently just outside of the resort of keystone. You're just a few minutes away from the slopes, and a very short drive around the lake into Dillon. I would gladly stay here again!

Total gem

This place is a total GEM! Close and convenient to both Keystone resort, Breckenridge and Silverthorne without the congestion and overcrowding. We stayed here as a family and found the accommodation to be spectacular. Great views from the main living area, plenty of room for a large family. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen equiped with all the basic utensils and a small care package was provided for us with coffee, laundry detergent and some cleaning supplies. The heated garage was especially nice as it snowed heavily during our stay. As previously reviewed you do have to open and close it from the inside of the house but it didnt bother us to do so. The owners provided a few extra touches that should be commended, including the card games in the livingroom we used almost every night, smart tv access to watch all your favorite streamline services, and our favorite the snow sleds in the garage that we took full advantage of with our 3 year olds. The only recommendation i would have would be changing out the dining chairs, my 3 year old kept falling off of them because the cushions are loose from the chairs. Overall this was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be returning in the future ♡

Great Property - Things you need to know below

Gorgeous property, GREAT location (entry to Keystone and close to Dillon and I-70), brand new townhouse and very tastefully furnished. Keeping it at 5 stars while noting the following: 1. At the time we stayed (August 2020), there was construction taking place close to the house (it was not disclosed when we made the reservation). Worth checking beforehand if this is something that would normally bother you. The house is also backing into the main road (Highway 6) so you will get some road noise from trucks and cars. 2. If you are planning to come in the summer, the top floor can get pretty warm so you will have to open up windows. With many windows lacking nets, it’s either the heat or the bugs! There are some window nets in the garage so hopefully, those will be installed soon. 3. the front door does not have a privacy glass or screen so people can see through the first floor from the outside. It’s also missing a deadbolt so it should not be too hard to push into the house if someone really wanted to enter. 4. The garage door has no outside keypad or remote, so you will have to close and open it from the inside (we ended up parking outside because it became too big of an inconvenience). I can imagine it being even a bigger annoyance during skiing season. 5. The property has no amenities other than access to trails, so if you’re looking for spoils such as a jacuzzi, a swimming pool, or a fitness center look elsewhere. 6. The management company is pretty good (Summit Cove - responsive, communicative, and have offices nearby) but also not very generous when it comes to basic supplies. They will give you just enough supplies to get started, but if you are staying for more than a couple of days you will likely need a grocery trip to get your own detergent for the washer and dishwasher.

Summer stay

Townhome was very nice however all the beds were extremely hard. Everyone had a hard time sleeping. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook except little things like salt & pepper.... that was a bit frustrating
