Great Weekend Getaway near Skiing

We rented the house for a large friend trip to the mountains, and we were not disappointed! The house itself is beautiful and fit our large group comfortably. We especially loved the hot tub on the deck and the large kitchen and pantry. Our only wish is that the dining table had enough chairs and space for all 14 people the house can hold - to fit everyone for dinner, we had to use a bunch of bar stools and it was a very tight squeeze. But overall, I highly recommend the house to anyone looking for a large-group getaway!

Suggestion and comment

Would encourage the replacement of the tennis ball with a foosball. Would encourage the Galactica machine be looked at so two players can play. Great place. Well equipped.

Amazing Property

The home was perfect for our large gathering. There are plenty of beds and room for everyone. It is super close to keystone, where we skied!! Made it super nice for those that wanted to ski! The property management company was very responsive, and we felt well cared for! I highly recommend this home for a group gathering! It was clean, and easy to find! Overall, it was a wonderful weekend, and I’m so thankful!!!!

Staff Christmas Party!

We had 10 adults and 2 children. The house was 11/10, the pictures online don't do it justice! A quick 6 min drive to Keystone resort was perfect to get to/from the village for outings or hitting the slopes! The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough space for us to enjoy our weekend away and each have our own little private bedroom retreat! Only downside was the tea kettle needs to be replaced, the handle is badly broken which made it a bit of a safety issue while trying to use it. Also, the fridge in the main kitchen was the only one we were able to get to make ice. The fridge in the butler's pantry wouldn't make ice, nor the "ice machine" in the main kitchen. Over all, it was an AMAZING home and we are already looking at future weekends to go back and stay again! HIGHLY recommend this home for a get-away with a large group!

Very nice house on the golf course

There's a lot to like about this place. Impressive home, lots of beds, good kitchen. Everything we needed, although the hot tub was not functional during our stay. It looks like a very nice tub out on the spacious deck near the fireplace. A very inviting space, for sure. In lieu of non-working tub, management gave us a credit, which was a nice gesture, although I would have preferred a working tub.. Nothing they could do at that point. There were a lot of remotes (6 or 7) for the entertainment center, so that took some tech savvy.. Not sure if I'd ever quite figure out the light switches, but the lighting features are really high-end, too. It's a great house, overall. There are many trails right out the front door for hiking, biking, etc. The creek is nearby, too. Town is only a few minutes drive.

Stunning Home with Lots of Space

This home was stunning inside and out! Beautiful fixtures, updated appliances, great quality furniture, accommodation for large groups, views of the golf course, close proximity to town and lake, and very clean! The layout was beautiful but it did include lots of stairs since there were 5 levels accessed by stairs (please note: the wooden stairs were slightly slippery due to their finish). The outdoor space was great for our large group viewing the Keystone River Golf Course off the deck. The deck included a new, large grill, nice hot tub, and large seating area. Every aspect of the home made it easy to accommodate our large group of 14 adults, from the large kitchen, many separate bedrooms, to the large deck. All of the bedrooms included large and comfortable beds. The location was great since it was very close to the town of Keystone and Dillon and also driving distance to Silverthorne and Breckenridge. Easy 5 minute access to a beach at Dillon Reservoir near the Dillon Amphitheatre. Staff were highly communicative and offered assistance at all times of the day. ***The only complaint that we had was the proximity to the highway which was not depicted in the description or photos. The cabin was located a few hundred yards from the main highway which made it less private and less quiet.

Amazing House!!

We absolutely loved the house! It was in a great location. It has a unique layout, with a lot of stairs, but that was fine for us, but not good if you can’t do stairs. Tons of space for a bigger group. Management/Maintenance crew are very responsive. When we first got there the hot tub was Not hot…68 degrees….we called the maintenance line and someone was there literally in five minutes- it ended up being an easy fix and was hot(104) within 3 hours. Downside is that it’s a little small for bigger groups. Overall we really like the house and will definitely look to rent here again.

Family Ski Trip

Property was beautiful. Had tons of room for our party of 12. Skied at Keystone. Very quick drive and perfect location for us. Used fireplaces often. I would suggest a quick tutorial to renters because their property has a lot of hi tech features that took a bit to understand. We had a small issue with the the filter water faucet. Water would not shut off. Maintenance came pretty quickly to shut it off. The kitchen faucet also needs to be tightened and fixed. Was usable so we just showed maintenance for future fixing. Property management was very helpful and very prompt. We were very happy to have a later departure time. I would definitely rent this home again. Thank You!
