great vacation

Great, only for perfection, another shampoo tube, shower would spray not stream and cleaning people would take trash out, but minor great room and stay thank you :)

Once we arrived, we appreciated how clean and well equipped the space was. Cozy and Convenient

The Dakota Lodge is well located, just a short 5 minute walk to the Gondola. The unit was well equipped with a nice balcony and great views. Really enjoyed the gas fireplace. The 430 check in time is a bit late, but it worked out for us. Hot tubs and pool weren't crowded, and also close to your room. Communication from the management company was above and beyond.

Amazing get away!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay! It was a quick get away without the kids and it was just the cozy place we were looking for!! Great view for coffee on the patio, cozy fireplace for that chilly night we had, and everything we needed within walking distance in the village! The staff was awesome as well when we called the day of check out and allowed us to have a late checkout as we just weren’t ready to leave yet!! We will definitely be using this place again!!

The property is very nice. A couple of things to note: 1 ) There is no air conditioning, so the windows need to be open. There is construction of new townhouses nearby so it is noisy. 2) Check out is quite early, 10:00 am.

If going soon (Summer/Fall 2024) note that there is construction very close by, so it is noisy during the day starting about 8:30am.

We like the proximity to the pool and the hot tubs, as well as to the restaurants. In addition, we contacted the host following our stay to close down our YouTube TV account (which we had forgotten to do before leaving...thanks again for doing this).

Unit was clean and neat. Windows in living room would only open part way (unit was warm inside on arrival). Kitchen was good, ice maker in freezer worked well. Had one morning where hot water for shower was a little slow in coming. Bed was comfortable!Very easy access to River Run Village and easy parking in garage underneath building. Hot tubs were great! Had one day where the elevator wasn't working for a few hours but all good after that.

Great condo

Everything great except room was not ready at 430. Had to wait for room to get cleaned, waiting to get a refund for cleaning, if that happens, great condo. Check in is late and check out is too early

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful visit! The unit was conveniently located, clean and comfortable. If you're looking for a quiet place, this is not for you. The pool and hot tub is located directly beneath the unit and can be noisy, however, it is closed down by management at 10pm. This was no bother to us but something to keep in mind. We hope to visit again next year, thank you!

Nice Keystone Dakota Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Dakota #8522. The unit is updated and does not feel tramped for a one bedroom condo. Master bed is very comfortable. The 4th floor provides a nice view of slopes but the one elevator can be slow (used stairs many times). Dakota lodge has a great location (near gondola, ski rental, village, ice rink) and has convenient pool/hot tubs and ski lockers. PM did a good job cleaning unit prior to our stay. We would stay here again!

Easy place to stay in keystone

The unit was nice, clean, and located in the middle of river run, so if you want to ski/snowboard it's easy access. The only gripes I had were the whole unit reeked of air freshener and it gave us a headache when walked in. Additionally, the garage parking is 7.5ft and my vehicle would not fit. This was not listed under the description and I had to pay $25/night to park my vehicle in a lot across the street. Not ideal.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo, perfect location, ideal for the two of us if the lodge itself was as good as the condo. The hot tubs were cold (and my search for a getaway only had the “hot tub” search filter). When I called to ask for them to be turned up it took a few calls and hours to discover they would be unavailable for the entirety of our stay. Management should notify owners who could then let people know of the issue before booking. Super great accommodations other than that.
