The balcony is a great feature, with gorgeous views. Wish the balcony furniture had been uncovered, but the views are always fantastic. Had ample blankets for bundling up and staying warm, and the propane fireplace was a great cozy feature. Would highly recommend this rental.

A friend and I stayed just for the night to have a close drive to Keystone. Saved us a winter storm drive and had a lovely comfortable place to call home for the night. Would rent again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and overall service was great! This was our first “parent” solo trip without our child and it was amazing! Views were great and in a very safe/quiet location. The only downfall is no adequate heating besides the gas fireplace and a breeze coming in from the sliding glass door/windows. This location is in a perfect spot where you’re nearby other towns but also offers its own things to do in the area itself! Definitely recommend for your next vacation stay!

This place is super nice. You have great views of the mountains and just minutes away from the slopes. Definitely want to book it again next year .

Great views and quiet spot

The listing made it seem like there was a separate room but it was more like a big studio. Views were nice. Could not figure out the fireplace or the ac but id stay here again lots of kitchen stuff which came in handy.

Father Son Keystone Trip

We booked the place for a father son ski trip (2 dads and 2 eleven year olds) and the place was perfect. Clean and updated with great proximity to restaurants and the main parking lot at Keystone. It was a little too cold to take advantage of the nice balcony with firepit and grill but the views were great and it was just enough space for 4 people to not feel like you are on top of each other. I was very impressed with the place and Keystone overall.

The only comment I have is that the bathroom fan was not working so there was no ventilation in the bathroom. The only ventilation came from the balcony door.

Comfortable night before my ski lesson day

The check in and check out instructions were clear. When I got my check in package, the envelope was open though. The layout of the unit was good and it was so clean, organized. I enjoyed the Mountain View at the balcony.

The kitchen had all of the cookware I needed and everything worked. We loved the balcony--comfortable furniture--and especially loved watching all the birds swooping in the air. The balcony was the perfect place to read a book. The building was very quiet. A very relaxing summer stay. It looks like it would be very cozy for the winter also.
