The room had plenty of space but it was hot. No individual AC unit in the room. Controlled by the staff. There was a vent in the wall that you could see straight through into the hall way so we could hear everyone that walked by and what they were saying. Parking is extra and costs per night. For the money we paid, we expected more. The staff was friendly but we will not be staying there again.

The property needs updating.

Cute place but

We needed a hotel stay for a night and this hotel was great! Very quaint, clean, great location & the staff very helpful. Price was very affordable too!

Soon as we walked in I was shocked how clean it was. We didn’t love our first room so we asked to me moved(personal preference) and the woman at the desk helped us out right away. The staff is very attentive to making sure everything is clean and stocked. Always plenty of pool towels, breakfast was great, and so was the daily happy hour! Having 2 pools was nice also. Def would stay here again!

Simple, inexpensive inn on the more quite southern side but still very walkable to everything. I would stay again. Not a fan of the resort fee however.

The property is VERY expansive for the condition of the rooms. Bathroom was very worn out, tub cracked in three places under your feet, everything needed to be remolded or fixed, full kitchen had not one pot or pan or utensil in any of the drawers! No cups, dishes, Front door had huge gaps all around the edged for bugs to get in room, etc...

Door to outside slammed the whole time we stayed in a room 219 next to it (night and day). We reported it next day as check in because sleep was interupted and it never got fixed. I asked for a new room and the front desk person refused saying they were full. At checkout they said yes we need to replace the closing mechanism. The floor boards in the room are broken, dented and sliding. Paint is peeling, mold on the shower tiles, and they let a 4 foot Lizard drink out of the pool and lounge on pool chairs (have pictures to prove it). I want my money back. Never stay here ever again.

The private pool was great although water was hot. The property was run down and things were broken. Bar never opened. Bed was wonderful but bathroom needs repairs.

Great location and nice inn.

Simple place and was perfect for single or couple. Staff nice, pools good, located on south end of Duval. Some rooms are quite small and plainly decorated. Clean but a little worn. Walking distance everywhere. No daily room attention and bar was never open, but that wasn't a problem. Would go back as a single but it is not for anyone high maintenance. Price was right and I was happy with it.

The location was excellent! Right in the middle of everything, just a block from Duval and very close to the Southernmost Point in America! The front desk staff person that I visited with was awesome, very outgoing, friendly and helpful!!!!

The property included two pools and a jacuzzi, with lounge chairs and towels. Very nice. Breakfast was nice, too. Room was small, dated, and a bit dirty. They did repair the toilet seat and gave us clean sheets after 2 nights.

The place is a dump. I expected a beautiful queen room but it was more like a closet. No seating and no place to put luggage. It was Thanksgiving so I did overpay. Do not stay here!

Great place to stay very comfortable beds....
