Great place to stay in Key Colony Beach

Excellent affordable vacation home

Location was perfect, great communication between us and host. If you ate bringing a boat, this place is gor you. The room was a bit unclean when we entered like hair on floor and a few crumbs, but nothing serious. Other than that , i will give this place a 5/5

Lovely Get Away in KCB

The property was great. It was conveniently located off Sadowski Causeway and within walking distance to restaurants and a few shops. My son enjoyed fishing in the canal and we all took advantage of the pool at the Cabana Club. We were centrally located and made trips to Key West, Geiger Key, Big Pine Key and had a couple of excursions. It was a great relaxing stay and the hosts were prompt in replying to my inquiries.

There was a lot to like about this place: 1. So clean 2. Great host who communicated with us and responded to us very quickly. 3. Beautiful, updated rental 4. Unit contains everything you might need. 5. Great location in a very safe and clean community. Close to restaurants and outdoor activities. (Golf, Bocce Ball, Tennis) 6. Close to beautiful State Parks.

This property checked all the boxes off . Had everything we needed. Enjoyed eating outside covered from the sun it was lovely. Fish cleaning station is wo derful too. Seeing the fish in the water a night was awesome

Don’t miss this one!

This place is great! We brought our 25ft center console boat. The dock space was perfect. Everything was very close by and convenient. The hosts were very good before and during our stay and answered all our questions. We will be back for sure this summer.

Great VRBO exactly as described. Very well stocked with everything you need. Very clean and within easy walk to restaurants and sunset park. Caught a lot of fish from dock and enjoyed the deck seating and lighting in the evening..😎🎣😁

Perfect !

My wife and I have been coming to KCB for 10 years and this was our favorite place to stay of all. We were super impressed with how easy it was to communicate with the homeowners and their quick responses to questions we had prior to our arrival. The home is very well equipped, super clean and close to everything in the Key Colony/ Marathon area. 7th street is a great location. The Cabana Club/pool is within a quick 5-minute walk. Beautiful home and location. Well thought out with supplies and furnishings. Loved watching the boats motoring up/ down the canal. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Parking was a benefit since we had 2 vehicle's. Hope to return here next time! Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Perfect Stay in Key Colony Beach!

We had one of the most memorable vacations ever. The rental home from Lexia and Mike was PERFECT. The communication with the owner was fantastic and we would love to come back for another stay. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable week's stay. The location of Key Colony was ideal for us to be able to hit numerous adventures throughout our stay (Turtle Hospital, Snorkel trip, Dolphin Research Center and day trip to Key West). We enjoyed a couple of relaxing pool / beach days at the Cabana Beach Club right in the neighborhood. I can't imagine a better home or area to stay when wanting to explore all the FL Keys have to offer. Lexia and Mike were fantastic to work with and we hope to book with them again in the future! Thank you!!!
