Do not recommend staying here. Extremely disappointing. The bed was terrible it was like sleeping directly on a box spring. The staff was rude and didn't care! When you had an issue they just tried to check you out and kick you down the road to another hotel instead of solving the issue. Neither TV worked. And the hotel has no elevator so you have to lug your luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Also the room layout is kind of odd the room that we had had an absolutely tiny bathroom the toilet was practically touching the shower. And finally the breakfast was terrible! The food was not fresh & the options were pathetic they didn't even have eggs or cereal. To top it off they had Fox News blaring loudly in the breakfast area. Never returning.

The room was clean. I am usually not a fan of carpet in a hotel room because they are rarely clean. This room had probably the cleanest carpet I have seen in a hotel in a few years. Hotel was quiet which was nice. Breakfast was not anything fancy but there was a decent selection of items. The pre-check in email and text was very nice. When I arrived at the hotel all I had to do was grab my room key.

The room was very clean. The only problem I had was with the TV remote control not working well to not working at all. The Desk attendant gave me a replacement in the morning and that one worked as it should. The breakfast selection was adequate.

Location is very convenient when we're visiting family in West Bend. Always clean, quiet. Although I think they "gave" our room to another guest who arrived before we did, they had a room available for us, just not as close to the front as we had requested. It just made it noisier for other guests when we carried our luggage to the room rather late. No problem!
