Lovely breakfasts included with stay. Bathroom needs hooks for towels and a shelf for toiletries . Over all very nice place to stay. Walking distance to everything . Very pleasant clerk at front desk and server in the dining room.

Keswick Storm Amy weekend.

Breakfast was lovely. Staff were also very pleasant. Parking is dire. 6 spots in total. We spent a lot on parking. Room was very clean but very dated with a very old TV. Shower had very low pressure too unfortunately.

All you want from the front door

Lovely room and great location for all things Keswickian. Friendly staff and good breakfast. We sampled the bar menu and this was also up to scratch, with reasonable prices and good beer to match.

Hotel is very nice and the staff excellent. Parking is a big problem. Their parking lot is very small and difficult to get into if other cars are parked in it. The streets are generally full. We had use a paid parking lot each night.

Staff are excellent - on reception and serving breakfast. Shower was powerful. Breakfast good apart from mushrooms and fruit not replenished once gone. Decor is a bit tired. The property is on what is probably the busiest street corner in Keswick. Buses sit at the lights outside revving their engines. Tractors and lorries trundle past. It was hot when we visited so windows needed to be left open. Having said that, the road went quite from 10pm to 7am.

Overall very good, our room was in a nice location but a little too hot with no airflow. It was also a small room for the cost with a small shower cubicle. Parking was difficult, it only has 4 or 5 parking spaces which are extremely tight to park in. We were lucky enough to get a space but otherwise it’s street parking. I don’t think it is clear enough when booking. Staff are super friendly and helpful and breakfast was very nice.
