The 70m² apartment is located in the basement. It is divided into bathroom, bedroom for 2-3 people (double bed + sofa bed) and living room with integrated kitchen with gas stove. In the living room 2 extra beds on the sofa bed are possible. An even brought along baby travel bed can be placed in the bedroom. The garden includes a barbecue area, which is of course for the guests. Guests can also take bicycles. The apartment is centrally located. For shopping and strolling the cities Barth (3km), Stralsund offer (25km) us to Rostock. Among the most beautiful Baltic beaches Zingst / Prerow there are 14km. The lagoons are accessible also very good with the bike. The entire surrounding area of Kenz-Küstrow is ideal for cycling, hiking, horseback riding and walking, where you can enjoy the beautiful nature.

Schöne FeWo

Sehr gut ausgestattete FeWo mit ebenerdigem und barrierefreiem Zugang! Alle Fenster mit Fliegengittern (bei aktueller Mückeninvasion unverzichtbar) Sehr schöner Ort mit alter Infrastruktur und viel Natur. Auch mit Fahrrad sehr gut zu erkunden (Nebenstraßen und Radwege nach Barth) Vermieterin sehr freundlich.
