Sunny holiday home with a cozy sleeping loft, idyllically located in the garden.
The 2019 newly built, approx.40m² holiday home is located in the Vineta town of Barth, with a 5-minute walk to the center and the harbor on the bay.
It is 10 km to the Baltic Sea and these can also be easily reached by bike or boat.
In the house there is an open kitchen with adjoining living area incl. Flat screen TV and fireplace corner. The kitchen is equipped with: fridge incl. Freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove incl. Oven, kettle, coffee machine.
A separate bedroom with two single beds and a complete bathroom incl. Shower and washing machine are available on the ground floor. You reach the open sleeping loft (ceiling height 1. 40m) via a wooden staircase. There are two single beds and a skylight. Care must therefore be taken to ensure that children traveling with you are safe.
The open wooden beam ceiling and the underfloor heating in the living area create a positive living atmosphere.
A terrace with sitting area and grill can be reached via a separate door. There is also a bicycle shed at the house.
A parking space is provided on the closed property.
