We are centrally located in the sweet spot of the Catskills. Callicoon is about seven minutes away. Other towns to explore in the region include:

Niksen Den is a custom-designed, 650-square-foot cabin set beside a creek on three wooded acres, with more than 45 five-star reviews. Inspired by the Dutch art of doing nothing, warm wood ceilings, slate floors, and forest views give the interior its distinctive character.

The kitchen, dining area, and living room share an open gathering space anchored by a wood-burning stove. There’s a private queen bedroom and a built-in bunk room with full-size beds and a desk.

The wraparound deck sits above the creek, with an outdoor sectional, dining table, and propane grill. Soak in the hot tub, unwind in the separate wood-burning cedar sauna, or gather around the stone fire pit beneath the string lights. Firewood is provided. Adirondack chairs beside the creek offer another quiet place to sit outside.

Callicoon’s shops and restaurants are seven minutes away. Bethel Woods, public Delaware River access, and Villa Roma, offering public golf plus seasonal skiing and snow tubing, are each about a 12-minute drive. Tusten Mountain Trail, an official three-mile hiking loop, is about 20 minutes away.

FAQS
• Stairs lead down to the creek, and some areas of the grounds are steep.

• One exterior security camera is located by the front door and records video without audio
• The hot tub does not have a gate or lock, so children should be supervised around it
• The creek runs alongside the property, so please supervise children and pets around the water
• The cabin is located near a road, and you may hear occasional passing cars
