Beach Lake Michigan King Bed Pet Friendly

Offering convenience and relaxation this townhouse is steps away from the sandy beach on Lake Michigan.
Located in a peaceful, safe and walkable neighborhood next to the Simmons Island Harbor you are close to Kenosha`s downtown shops, restaurants, cafes and museums.

The townhouse is part of the westward facing building (no “lake view”) next to Lake Michigan. The unit is a 2 bedroom 2.5 baths with the half bath on the main level and full baths on 2nd level with bedrooms (king & 2 fulls).

We strive to be more environmentally friendly and provide a safer environment with less chemicals and toxic exposure options such as OEK-TEX fabrics, EWG verified cleaners, stainless steel cookware and wool dryer balls.

You will have access to the whole location except the owner`s closet area in the basement. The basement is not finished but provides extra space to hang out and where games are located.
All guests need to be included on the reservation and have an airbnb account linked, if an adult. A Hostaway link will be provided at booking to create an account for communication and to provide information if guests are not registered with the booking platform. Guests` visitors to the premise* may only be considered on a pre-approval basis and with limitations.

No vaping or smoking in/on premise* or within 25 feet of a building to allow all residents smoke free enjoyment of their home. Any smoking or vaping must be done down by the street with responsible disposal of trash & debris.

Only pre-approved dogs will be considered with restrictions and additional fee. No cats.

Trash must be bagged and tied shut, no loose trash in the bin. Pickup is Monday morning and the bin(s) will need to be taken out and brought back in.

Large vehicles (truck/suv) use street parking. One car/ midsize suv may park in the garage.

To be considerate of cleaners schedules reservation changes and late checkouts may result in additional charges.
Additional cleaning of linens for stains from oil based products, pet hair, trash on grounds etc may incur additional charges.

*The premise refers to the unit, balcony, garage and the entire Harborview Condominiums grounds.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

I stayed at the townhouse over Valentines day weekend; it was a great spot for what I needed! The house is clean, kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, bowls etc. The beds were comfy and a hand-held shower head was great. The bedrooms were large with great light. Walking distance from the lake, quiet neighbors.I only have a few very minor complaints. I appreciate that the cleaning products provided are clean and not full of harmful chemicals, but the clean smell of the house is very powerful. I'm not sure if its just the air freshener, but it was three times as strong as any fresh clean smell. If it wasn't February I would have opened windows and turned on fans to air it out. The garage was extremely nice to have, it made me feel even more secure with my car, but the lock on the door into the garage is very finicky. The door itself shuts further than it needs to so the door doesn't lock because it doesn't fit. You have to really mess with it to get it to lock. The door from the garage to the house didn't have a lock on it. While I was there, the front door (which did have a lock on it) wasn't accesible because of sidewalk construction along the front. There wasn't any noise from it, but, despite the house being spotless, there were kind of muddy footprints through the living room like a worker had come in to use the bathroom. As I was there alone and the garage door was super finnicky, I was a tad uncomfortable. Otherwise a great stay!
