Amazing

Exactly as shown in the photos, with easy check-in, friendly hosts, and an amazing location. There’s so much within walking distance, making it easy to explore. Also, having onsite parking was a big plus—super convenient and accessible. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

We loved the location accessing all the shops and restaurants in Kennebunk Port with off street parking. It was nice to have a convenient place to go and reset during the day. The condo was beautiful and roomy. We loved the view from the balcony and the main living area over looking the marsh. Both the large bathroom and bedroom were very comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

Great location

The space worked great for us. There are a few stairs up to the unit, so if you pack like I do, hauling luggage can be a challenge. The location, however, really outweighed those issues. Nice to have a bit of outside space to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Steps to so many fun locations. We really loved our time in Kennebunkport.

Superb, Serene and Satisfied

Beautiful and comfortable with beauty view of the river. Great location, we walked almost everywhere. Highly recommend! We would also recommend whale watching tour with New England Exo adventure tours. Delicious meals at Mabel's Lobster Claw, The Lost Fire, Arundel Wharf and The Ckam Shack. They are all nestled right here in Kennebunkport.

Beautiful Property, Fabulous Location!!!

This condo is wonderful, we highly recommend! The upper deck overlooks the water where you can see tidal fluctuations that create a bird sanctuary. Short walk to all kinds of restaurants and shops, nice kitchen and lovely soaker tub. Thanks for the great stay!

Luxury property-Excellent Service

This property offers everything you need to enjoy your next vacation in Kennebunkport. Not only was the property exactly as listed but the owners were on site and extremely hospitable. I highly recommend this place because of all the amenities and convenient location in the village with a short distance walk, bike ride or drive to a world class beach! Comfortable bed and pullout couch, very clean, and offered all the comforts of home! We used the kitchen and laundry daily and enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning. It is also very quiet despite being in the center of town. We will stay here again!

Close to everything

Nicely updated apartment and centrally located to everything in Kennebunkport all within walking distance. Didn’t indicate in description that it’s 17 steps up and it’s a bit cumbersome for a weeks sta with gear and luggage. Recommend for short stays. Kitchen had ample supply of pans, dishes and glasses. But only one large dull knife. We did not get any toiletries or extra towels. Had to ask for beach towels and owner gave us a pair kind of reluctantly. The hot tub was out of order and we were not informed. Saw sign on it in room upon arrival. Also. there areno longer any beach passes included. Just FYI it’s $$25-30 daily for beach passes and $100 weekly pass for non residents. The description did not match what we got. TV in BR was not Smart just basic cable. Pull out sofa as a love seat was stiff and uncomfortable. We had to notify the owners whenever we had trash. They are very responsive and handled all requests. The view is somewhat obstructed from the deck. The parking is very challenging even though you have a dedicated spot. We walked everywhere. Gooch’s beach is about a 15-20 minute walk. Very close to stores for food and beverages and other provisions.

Best location!

We have been staying in Kennebunkport for every year for n July for 15 plus years. Our favorite place to stay is no longer - the owners retired. We had been looking for the last 4 years for a new “favorite place” to no avail - until this year! This rental was perfect for my husband & I! Could walk to all the shops & restaurants. When we wanted to go to Wells Beach it was only a 20 minute drive - 10 miles. Other than the beach trips we never had to use our car. Already booked for next year.

Amazing location.

This was a beautiful place inside and out with mostly good amenities. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi tub was ‘temporarily out of service’ but the sign saying that had cobwebs and dust on it so it definitely should have been communicated that it didn’t work, bc it was a consideration when I was looking at places at the time of booking. Definitely a disappointment. Other than that the stay was really awesome and the location couldn’t be better. Only other suggestions are to provide a recycling bin and a set of mixing bowls or something like that in the kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Kenebunkport Stay

The unit is new, clean and convenient as advertised, although sleeping four people is probably a stretch unless two are children. The entry stairs can be a bit steep for the elderly. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location off the main drag!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious condo off the main street. Great base to see all in the area and quiet with nice view of the river! We would definitely stay there again and owners were great.

Time to decompress

First vacation without kids in 33 years. Condo was fantastic, as were the hosts. It looked JUST like the pics. Little grocery store was right next door, port to whale watching took all of 3 minutes to walk to. The shop below the condo had some wonderful things (and my credit card shows it). Kennebunkport was the perfect new place to visit and I will be back, just not surenif I’ll bring any kids! 😋

Right in the middle of it all!

This was our second stay at the property. It is in a perfect location for walking to shops, restaurants, and attractions. It is very clean and neat and has lots of supplies. We’ll be back again!
