Family Friendly Retreat

We stayed Valentines Day weekend. The place was spacious and clean. The downstairs was a kids retreat with a theater room, arcade games, ping pon, and even had a XBox One for the kids to play. The upstairs was spacious and was equipped with everything we needed. The back patio was spacious and looked out onti the lake. It was a great spot for entertaining and barbecuing. The deck was a fisherman’s paradise. We caught over 20 fish. If you’re looking for a family friendly environment that suits all age ranges, this is the perfect place. We will be booking again!

We had a great time with our three teens at this property! Plenty to do and a lovely, stocked coffee bar. Beautiful lake views! Great communication with the owners.

Fun House!

Great house with fun amenities. Owner was perfectly communicative prior to and during the trip. It’s clear that lots of care and effort have gone into ensuring the guest experience is top notch. QR codes with video guides for the arcade, theater, and climate controls made the usage easy and enjoyable. Dock and lake were great for swimming and lounging. Solo stove, wood pile, and skewers made s’mores easy and enjoyable.

Amazing house inside and outside

We really loved staying here. We had 9 adults and this was the perfect size. Outside the house was great with the boat dock, kayak, & ping pong table. But when it was hotter during the day the theatre and arcade room was a huge hit! And the instructions for how to use everything in the theatre room was especially helpful. The coffee bar was also a nice touch with everything we would need for coffee plus there was even a few k-cups for the tea drinkers like myself.

Will definitely be interested in staying again

It has all of our favorite things. The theater room, the video games, foosball, great porch, lake view. We had a great time. Very relaxing. If you see 2 white ducks that come into the yard, one comes up the stairs from the lake and one flies up from the water. that's Lucy & Ethel. Please give them a little bread and tell them Kim & Tammy say hi.

Wonderful family weekend at the lake

We had such a great weekend at this lakehouse. Everything was perfect. The view from the living room was peaceful. I enjoyed my cup of coffee on the balcony and watching the ducks fly in and out of the water. We had rain, but there was a downstairs area full of activities. The dock is new and comfortable. We spent much of our time fishing from the dock. I would definitely rent again.

Nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful and property as described. Caught a dozen small catfish and a mix of other types from dock. Had fun with kids at What’s Up amusement center with kids in Gun Barrel. BNR in Mabank was good food and fun.

Lake Escape!

This house was super cute and had all the necessities. I love that the check in and check out rules are very clear. The owner also sends you a friendly reminder. It’s so peaceful and a great house to getaway with family or friends. One day it rained all day. The theatre room and arcade games were awesome for the kids on a rainy day…or when it was too dark to fish. They provide so much stuff that usually doesn’t come included in a rental. Plenty to do for all ages. We have stayed at many lakehouses and would definitely give this house ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!

Great Lake House

Our family had a great stay at house. Grandkids loved all the games they have in game room. Caught a lot of catfish off peer. Would recommend to everyone for a great stay. Very peaceful place to unwind and relax. Met the neighbors and they were extremely nice people. We will differently stay there again.

Great house and location

House was great. We played every game there - age ranges from 13-54 loved them all. Used theatre for movie one night. Location was great since close to LoneStar Marina where we rented boat one day and jet skis another. Cove area where house is located was great for playing on jet skis. Very hot and humid outside the weekend we were there - a/c kept house nice and cool.

Great vacation!

This place was amazing! My family and I had a great weekend getaway enjoying the lake and all the amenities of this vacation rental. The owner was very accommodating and even left snacks and goodies for us to enjoy. We had so much fun fishing, using the kayak, playing pool and playing corn hole in the front yard. Definitely a place I would love to rent again!

A Great Getaway for joyful memories.

We were 4 adults and 6 kids younger than 12 and we really enjoyed the property for a full springbreak week. Everything went as expected. It is well located, the deck is large and comfortable, and the game room entertains a lot when not outside. We brung a simple portable and flexible 100ft fence for garding the lake shore from the youngest toddlers, and that did gave us the extra comfort for letting them play outside. It is close enough to Dallas and FortWorth for visiting these places on a day trip. Finally, owners are very responsive and helpful whenever needed. We warmly recommend this getaway!
