Much of your time here will naturally be spent outdoors. The large private pool overlooks the coastline below, while sun loungers, a day bed and generous terrace space provide plenty of room to relax and enjoy the surroundings. A private footpath leads directly down to the rocky shoreline, creating a unique connection to the sea. Whether enjoying breakfast with a view, spending the afternoon by the pool or gathering around the barbecue as the sun begins to set, the outdoor areas are designed for making the most of Kefalonia's natural beauty.

Inside, the villa is arranged across two levels and comfortably accommodates larger groups. Two separate living areas and two fully equipped kitchens offer flexibility for families travelling together, while five bedrooms and four bathrooms provide plenty of personal space. The split-level layout makes it particularly well suited to multi-generational families or groups of friends looking to holiday together while maintaining a degree of independence.

The sandy beaches of Ammes and Eglina can both be reached within a short drive, while restaurants along the Ammes Beach area are just a few minutes away. The village of Minies is approximately 8 minutes by car, and Argostoli, with its waterfront, shops, restaurants and harbour atmosphere, is around 20 minutes away. The villa's location also makes it easy to explore many of Kefalonia's best-known beaches and coastal viewpoints.

For larger gatherings, Villa Tramonto Minies can be booked alongside its neighbouring sister property, Villa Alba Minies, allowing larger groups to stay close together while enjoying separate accommodation.
