This elegant brand new villa is in an enviable location, with stunning sea views and the coastline directly in front, it is 5 minutes walk to the nearest restaurant and café-bar, with the supermarket a five minute drive.

The swimming pool has a covered dining area and is surrounded by olive-tree clad hillsides on either side, with the sea a fabulous blue catching the eye from every angle. Inside, a palette of gentle greys, taupes, ochre and lilac shades blend into a timeless backdrop for a soothing and restful refuge, with the wonderful ocean views framed by the patio windows.

Comfort and an inviting ambience is the inspiration of the owner, with cosy sofas in the main living area and a lovely grey granite kitchen for simple breakfasts and sumptuous dinners. The twin bedroom is on the ground floor opening out onto the pool terrace, and the crowning glory is the master double bedroom on the first floor with magnificent views from the private balcony with glass panels enhancing the vistas, each has a sophisticated glass shower per bedroom and there is a second seating area upstairs.

Dear guests, we would like to inform you that there has been an update of the tourist tax "Climate Crisis Durability Tax" in Greece. From 01-01-2024, this tax will be collected by the owner at the accommodation and the cost of the tax will be 10 € per night.

Wow! Stunning! Beautiful!

Everything about this villa is fabulous. The villa itself is immaculately decorated and super modern and cool. The views from every room, including the pool and patio are sensational. The master bedroom is jaw dropping - views from three huge windows, even from the shower. The pool is very clean, perfect size and refreshing after being in the sun. The villa is located just out of Skala itself but there are two lovely restaurants less than 5 minutes walk away and we ate at both. More restaurants about 20 minutes walk away and the main centre of skala about 30 minutes walk. We walked in and back several times without any issues - well lit pavement all the way - although you can get a taxi easily for about 8 euros. Everyone we met was so welcoming and friendly, in particular Costas, the owner of the villa who kept in contact via WhatsApp, and ensured we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. His family restaurant - Paspalis Tavern with sea views on the way into Skala - was fabulous with beautiful local dishes and Costas made us feel very welcome and looked after. I recommend snorkelling at the cove just opposite the villa, taking the bus (we didn’t hire a car) to Agostoli to see the turtles in the harbour, and just relaxing and enjoying the great views, food and wine. A truly wonderful villa and a fantastic holiday.

Tolle Villa

Die Villa liegt nahe Skala und in der Nähe der Strände. Wir konnten früher einchecken. Der Checkin war schnell und unkompliziert. Der Check out ebenso. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und gab uns gute Tipps. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.
