Great basic property immaculately clean outside area beautiful great communication. Quick polite responses from Agri Travel Only criticism is only one shower out of 3 has a door !! ( in annexe) upstairs is a bath with shower over but no shower curtain downstairs in main house is a cubicle with door removed and all of the showers are fitted at mid height so on holding shower over you to wash the water will spray everywhere as the pressure is very strong ..and only a small bath mat provided don’t know if this is normal for Greece but cleaning up masses of water after every shower isn’t a holiday chore I’d want Kitchen needs new wine bottle opener scissors and more than one chopping board

Great Villa

Stayed at Villa Erasmia with 3 teenage sons for two weeks in August 2023. The villa met all expectations, meeting descriptions on the website. Interaction with host and Agni Travel was excellent with all our questions answered very quickly. Outside area and pool are fantastic with plenty of space and privacy. Good space inside also although bathrooms, particularly, are a little tired looking. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival and cleaning lady did a great job when she visited. We fund the double bed a bit hard but we accept that's just a matter of taste. The 3rd bedroom in the separate part of the building with separate "front door" is a bit weird but no problem for us with older teenage kids who we didn't mind being locked away separately from us at night. Location is great, being quiet but with two restaurants easily walkable,10-15mins. 5 or 6 more restaurants and good mini-markets 15-20 mins walk but up steep hill. Small, isolated but beautiful beach 10 minute walk down very steep hill with walk back up more like 20 mins. The larger Lourdas beach with a few restaurants and bars really needs a car (5 min drive) unless you are feeling very energetic, particularly for the steep upwards climb home again. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend villa Erasmia as a "get away from it" stay in Kefalonia.

Lovely, welll equipped, villa in a quiet location

This is a really nice villa in a quiet location but within a short driving distance to beaches, tavernas, supermarkets, etc., and only about 20 minutes drive from the airport. It's very well equipped and had everything we needed for a quiet relaxing break. The large terrace around the pool means you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening and the owner was at the other end of the phone in case you needed anything. The internet was a bit hit & miss while we were there but this wasn't an issue for us as the area gets a good 4G signal. We'd only have one small suggestion for the owners: the three showers in the villa don't have a wall fixing for the shower head so you have to hold the shower head when using it which isn't ideal, although the water pressure in the showers was very good. Overall we would definitely recommend the villa to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing break in nice surroundings.
