Demetrius is an excellent host. If your looking for an affordable base with the basic amenities in place this is great and exceptional value for your money option. We had two rooms and each had its own kitchen and bathroom which were on the small side but very adequate for needs. Some of the room furnishing could benefit with some updates but for the price you cant argue with it value. Looking for a hotel type resort then this is not the place for you.

Great hospitality

Dimitrios is a true gentleman. He welcomed us on arrival with cold drinks and provided very useful tourist information, of which we took advantage. There are two beaches close by, and it is a good location from which to explore the beauties of nearby Lixouri, Myrtos beach, Assos and Sami. There are good restaurants within close driving distance, such as Captain Nikolaus and 3 Umbrellas. Really good value for money.

Villa Carina is super cute and lovely hosts

Super cute villa & gardens. Accommodation is a ten/ten for the price we paid (£72 for a two room appt) our two teenage girls stayed in the kitchen area, we got the double. Dimitrius and his wife & mother were lovely. We had one night, we could have stayed a week. The beaches nearby were blissful, quite a few big hotels nearby and so glad we weren’t staying in them!

Struttura immersa nella pace più assoluta, a 200mt dal mare. Cordiale e disponibile il gestore. L'unica cosa, che non è un difetto della struttura, è l'alta presenza di zanzare, che rende necessario l'uso di repellenti

Great welcome from the part of Dimitri, he gave us all the tips and advised us on what to do around the island. The villa is simply beautiful and the rooms are so comfortable.

we are a family of 4 people. we enjoyed the vacation in Villa Carina very much. the owner dimitris is a very nice person, helped us in every request, also made a wonderful bbq fire for us. the external area is beautifull and well equipped. we recommend to all the visitors to chose this accomodation.

Graziosi appartamenti vicino al mare

abbiamo soggiornato a villa Carina dall'1 al 15 agosto 2015 e ci siamo trovati benissimo. È' una villa con 8 appartamenti e un bel giardino. L'appartamento é molto confortevole con 2 terrazzi con tavoli per mangiare all'aperto. Il titolare Dimitri é sempre presente è disponibilissimo per qualsiasi esigenza. La zona è molto tranquilla, ci sono alcune spiagge vicinissime dotate di ombrelloni e taverna ma non sono mai affollatissime perché si è lontani dalla zona più commerciale dell'isola. La sera si arriva in 10 minuti di macchina alla città di lixouri ricca di ristoranti e locali. La zona è inoltre strategica per raggiungere in mezz'ora le spiagge di Petani e Myrthos che sono le piú belle dell'isola perché di sassolini bianchi per cui il mare é caraibico. Il mare é comunque bellissimo in tutte le spiagge che nella maggior parte alla sabbia dorata. Siamo riusciti anche a incrociare una tartaruga di mare dato che sull'isola loro depositano le uova. Consiglio quindi sia la struttura che la zona che l'isola che é una delle piú belle che abbia mai visto e secondo me sottovalutata

Casa Kounopetra è molto grazioso e l'atmosfera ok

Già prima di partire abbiamo saputo della variazione di albergo in quanto Villa Karina risultava occupata nonostante la nostra prenotazione risalisse ad aprile. La struttura è confortevole ,pulita affondata in mezzo ad un giardino molto curato dai due anziani quanto simpatici proprietari. Il luogo è tranquillo e anche se non centrale ,data le dimensioni dell'isola, abbiamo potuto visitare agevolmente Cefalonia. L' automobile è indispensabile.
