Great host! Easy walk to beaches

We had a great time! Host is wondefully responsive, helpful and kind. Really enjoyed our stay! The restaurant next door is very good. Someone else (not the host) indicated it was the best on the island. The new coffee shop across the street (Nonna's) was amazing! Loved crossing the street to get coffee and breakfast. There are also a few little shops across the street that were the best of any we went into. Got some pottery there and mid-level jewelry. From the villa we were able to walk to no less than 5 seperate little beaches. All but one had chairs for rent and somewhere to get refreshments. All beautiful in their own way. Argostoli is a very easy drive. We never had trouble getting parking close to the villa (you must parallel). The villa is less than 15m from the airport via car and getting the Hertz rental on site was easy. Driving anywhere other than Argostoli requires you to drive around the bay which is a little time consuming but we really enjoyed the location of the villa all the same. Also the mini split ACs in the villa worked wonderfully. We were cool and comfortable and slept well. We didn't opt to use the kitchen apart from drinks in the fridge. Highly recommend this villa!

Amazing!

Great! well equipped villa , amazing sunset view, everything you need. The host was amazing very attentive. We went to the Family restaurant two times ….off the charts highly recommend! We lucked out finding this perfectly located villa with such amazing hosts it was such a great location. I almost want to keep it for myself.

Spacious and Comfortable

The villa was just a quick walk to beaches, Argostoli, and many restaurants; the central location also made exploring Kefalonia easy. We drove in a different location every day. The villa was well appointed with everything we needed and spacious so we could work remotely. Rented a car to explore the island and parking was always available on the street.

Urlaub im griechischen Heim

Im Oktober war ich mit Mann und Tochter - wir alle aus Deutschland - und meiner griechischen Tante für 5 Tage Gäste in der schönen Villa Tzivras. Die Lage war ruhig, das Wohnzimmer und jedes der Schlafzimmer hatten eine Terasse bzw. einen Balkon mit Sitzmöbeln und Tisch und der Blick aus der oberen Etage mit Meer und Sonnenuntergängen war atemberaubend. Die Bäder entsprechen griechischem Standard, das obere zumindest ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, eine Waschmaschine steht zur freien Verfügung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet - auch mit übrigen Vorräten vorheriger Mieter (Teebeutel, Gewürze, Öl etc.). Der Vermieter war jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar, kam in den wenigen Tagen auch zweimal vorbei, um zu fragen, ob wir etwas benötigen, und es wurde zwischendurch auch einmal kurz (mit Handtuchwechsel) geputzt. Von den zahlreichen Restaurants, Cafés und Mini Markets auf der Straße waren im Herbst natürlich nur noch ganz wenige geöffnet, dafür aber Gastronomie und Service auf dem nahen und schönen Strand Makris Gialos. Insgesamt also kein steriler Hotelurlaub, sondern griechisch häuslich mit Ruhe und vielen süßen Kätzchen

Hervorragender Aufenthalt in familiengerechter gemütlicher Unterkunft

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und gut eingerichtet. Selbst ein Kamin ist vorhanden. Besonders die grosse Terasse und Balkons vor jedem Zimmer machen den Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm. Zum nächstgelegenen Strand gelangt man in 10 Minuten Fussweg. Auf jeden Fall werden wir wieder dahin reisen.
