he newly-built “Strelitzia Apartment” (built in 2020) is on the ground floor of our family house surrounded by well-maintained grass, fruit trees, vegetable gardens and beautiful flowers..

It can accommodate 4-5 guests, with 2 bedrooms, A bedroom equipped with a queen size bed and exclusive access to its own bathroom and another bedroom with two single beds which can be joined in a comfortable double. In total there are two bathrooms with shower, toilet, basin and hot water 24/7

Entering the apartment you will walk in to the bright living room equipped with comfortable couches and the dining table. The new kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge / freezer , an oven with ceramic stoves, washing machine, dish-washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine , boiler etc

In the open living room there’s a separate air-condition, motor controlled shades, Smart tv (with free Netflix) WIFI in all interior and exterior spaces and safety equipment such as smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and fire blankets

There’s free private parking in the premises and the property including patios and gardens is fenced and has a remote controlled car gate.

It is located in Karavados 10.5km from Argostoli, in the southern part of Kefalonia with the sandy and shallow beaches and it is less than 2 km from the closest one (Agios Thomas) and just a few steps from the closest mini market and restaurant
