Situated between the peaceful village of Svoronata (1.2km) and the sought after area of Ai Helis, Raxi enjoys a prime location being walking distance to all amenities and local beaches.
Tucked beneath low cliffs and surrounded by natural greenery, Ai Helis Beach (1.2km) is one of southern Kefalonia’s most cherished coastal spots. Awarded the prestigious Blue Flag, this sandy beach offers a peaceful setting and crystal-clear turquoise waters and can be reached within a 20 minute walk, or few minutes’ drive from Raxi. The beach features fine golden sand and a gently shelving seabed, making it ideal and enjoyable for families with children, as well as those who simply want to float or swim in calm, clear waters.

Within the surrounding area, you will find you are just a short walk to traditional tavernas, cozy cafés, and handy minimarkets, where you can enjoy the warmth of local hospitality and fresh Greek flavours at your leisure. The award-winning Sarris Winery (2.2km) can be found within a 30 minute stroll for anyone wishing to experience the local grapes first hand.

Polished concrete throughout creates a unique, yet calming finish within the property, with the ground floor open plan layout, containing the kitchen, living/dining, plus double bedroom area, further adding to the villa's individuality.  On the lower ground is the second bedroom with en suite facilities.

Both externally and internally concrete seats are in place for a minimalistic effect, yet still providing practical and comfort while in use as you read your favourite new holiday book.
