Absolutely wonderful!
The property is just as advertised! A private location with outstanding views. A lot of thought went into the layout and everything is very comfortable. Nicoletta and her mum welcomed us and were available for anything we needed but respected our privacy. Terrific hosts and a beautiful property!!

Stunning villa in stunning location
Just home after a wonderful stay at Baklava Villa. The villa is stunning- the views of the sunset breathtaking from the terrace and the salt water swimming pool provided hours of entertainment for the kids. Every detail had been thought about and everything from beach towels to beach umbrellas provided. Alaties Beach is a little slice of heaven too and just 200m down the road with Alaties Beach restaurant providing by far the best and most memorable meals of our trip. Our host Nikole could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Thank you so much for a truly wonderful holiday!!

Excellent séjour dans la villa Vaklava 🤩
Nous avons adoré notre semaine passée dans la villa Vaklava.
La villa est située au bout d’une petite route calme et tout proche de la petite plage Alties et d’un excellent restaurant.
L’équipement est parfait et la piscine à débordement a une vue imprenable sur la mer et le coucher du soleil !
Nicoletta a été adorable et prévenante a tout point de vue.
