There was no instructions on how to access the key to enter. The neighbor had to help us. No instructions on how to access the wifi and we had no hot water the first day as the boiler was not turned on. I did send an email via expedia to the owner with no reply. I finally found a number and called to have hot water and internet. Another thing I would like to note is the pictures that are shown are of two different apartments. There was no mention of which one you will get. I found this misleading and of course we were given the less desirable one that was not appealing at all. The air conditioning leaked water all over the floor and the toilet seat kept on moving around everytime some sat on it. The location was great and walkable to shops, port etc. other than this I would never stay here again.
