Aspa’s Verde Palazzo is a five bedroom green palace with a private pool, as this exquisite villa lies in 2.000 square meters of grass, trees and local flora surrounded by tall cypress trees creating an absolutely private environment. The villa is located in Trapezaki area, very close to Karavados village on the south side of Kefalonia. It is only 12 Km away from Argostoli, the capital of Kefalonia and 10 Km away from the airport. The Villa’s location is brilliant as it is absolutely private, within walking distance from the restaurants and the beach. You can follow the beautiful walking path/route to Trapezaki beach, which is located just 650 meters away, or visit Agios Thomas beach in Karavados, at a 850 meters distance.

Aspa’s Verde Palazzo is a three level villa of 190sqm, capable of accommodating up to 9 people. On the first level there are two bedrooms with two single beds each, and one with a double bed. All three bedrooms have direct access to the private pool. On the second level there is a spacious dining-living room with a balcony in the front, where you can enjoy nature and the endless sea view. There is also a kitchen in a separate room, fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The third level of the villa consists of two master bedrooms. The first one has a double bed with a full ensuite bathroom, and the second one has a semi-double bed ensuite with half a bathroom. In total, the villa has three and a half bathrooms. The balcony of the two master bedrooms give you the opportunity to admire the endless view from the highest points of the house. All rooms provide air conditioning and are equipped with window screens. The outside of the villa is also very comfortable and peaceful with absolute privacy. You will spend most of your time in our exquisite 40sqm private pool. You can walk around the garden or spend quality time with your family and have fun with friends at our barbeque. Ιncluded in the property, is a private parking which fits comfortably six cars.
