3 bedroom 3 bathroom contemporary villa with swimming pool and outstanding views towards the Ionian island of Ithaca. Situated a few km from Fiskardo, a unique jewel on the island of Kefalonia, Greece. The villa has white marble floors throughout that seamlessly extend to the terraces. The Velanidia Villas; Sterna Villa and Aloni Villa were designed and built by architect Morris Richards. Morris set out to create two beautiful contemporary homes that would have a low environmental impact on the island he loves. Both villas have been elegantly designed with great imagination and attention to detail, making the most of its spectacular location.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.
