Dion and your restaurant staff were lovely. However your property needs a major renovation. Simple things like new towels, bedsheets, milk pods in the frig etc would make a difference. I realise that you are a budget hotel but at the moment you are a very ordinary budget hotel. You could be a GREAT budget hotel. Floors were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, no spare toilet rolls., one elevator didn't work. THANK YOU
