Villa Frear -Two waterfront villas with infinity pool

The property consists of two vilas one next to the other. Both villas are modern decorated, built by the sea, overlooking the Aegean blue. The guests can enjoy the awesome sunsets and relax by the pool. They are fully equipped to accommodate up to 21 guests. The beds have comfortable quality mattresses and there is aircondinioning in all bedrooms and living areas. It is surrounded with small beaches and the nearest on is 80m from the front door.
Both vilas have 4 bedrooms and each one can accommodate up to eleven guests with comfort. On the ground of each vila there is a comfortable sitting area with a smart TV, fireplace, dinning area and office area with a single sofa bed and a fully equiped kitchen. There is also a small bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor of villa 1 there are 3 bedrooms, a common area with a sofa bed and 3 bathrooms. On the first floor of vila 2 there are 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the spaces are bathed in plenty of natural light, and the house is well ventilated with lots of windows. The outdoor areas are large and well furnished. Each vila has its own BBQ, outside dinning area and pergola by the pool.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 7 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 9 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace. Housekeeping is available on request.

Fin familie/venne ferie

Fint opphold, vi hadde begge husene på eiendommen. Det er vi glade for, da basseng er felles for begge husene. Vi var 16 stk. hvor barna/ungdommene er fra 12-18 år. Det var kajakker for utlån til eiendommen. Det kunne vært biljard, bordtennis eller lignende, slik at ungdommene hadde aktiviteter utenom padling og bading. Det hadde også vært fint om det stod noen sykler på eiendommen som man kunne lånt. Utearealene er veldig fine. Kjøkkenet kunne vært bedre utstyrt, med større kjøleskap og bedre komfyr/koke-topp. Vi brukte derfor mest kull-grill utendørs til matlaging. Husene var rene og fine, god størrelse på soverommene og egne bad til flere av soverommene. Huset ligger nært fine strender med aktiviteter og restauranter, men man bør leie bil, det er 5 km til nærmeste matvarebutikk. Øya er vakker og fin å utforske med bil. Vertinnen var super og veldig behjelpelig med alt hva vi lurte på.

Best vacation ever

Our vacation with friends, was a complete succes from the beginning onwards. We could relax from the first moment and we felt really comfortable. Kiki welcomed us so kinfly and also she helped us with mayn other little things and this made the vacation perfect. The house and teh loaction simply a dream.

Great place with a fantastic host

We reneted both houses and the view was amazing! The pool and the outdoorplace was perfect. Kiki was a great host, she helped us with everything! It was 5 km to the nearest supermarked and 1km to the nearest resturant, so we recomend to have a car.

Amazing

We were 4 families (8 adults and 10 children). We rented both houses and we spent 11 days there. These houses are very well located. They are full equipped (air conditioning, BBQ, dishwasher, washing machine…). The swimming pool is just incredible (infinity pool). From the front of the house, the view is also incredible, the sunset hour is just perfect. There are several beaches all around the houses (restaurant and aquatic entertainment). Kea is a nice island, you can visit archaeological sites, you can walk in the mountain and / or simply enjoy the beaches. We got a very warm welcome from Kiki. She gave us advices regarding things to look for around the house, regarding the restaurants and where we could find the best products

The best sunset of Kea

Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane in questa meravigliosa proprietá, forse la più bella di Koundouros. Panorami incantevoli direttamente sul mare, piscina a sfioro curatissima con acqua salata e pulita, meravigliose terrazze dove prendere il sole. Sotto le tettoie di legno si puó riposare e leggere al fresco, sdraiati su comodi cuscini. La casa è fresca, nelle stanze ci sono i condizionatori, la cucina ha un ottimo forno e i fornelli a induzione funzionano perfettamente. I letti sono molto comodi. Le stanze silenziose e accoglienti. Il barbecue in pietra è notevole. La proprietà è perfetta per più famiglie di amici, noi eravamo quindici e restavano alcuni letti vuoti. Kiki è una proprietaria gentilissima, che ha soddisfatto ogni richiesta e ci ha aiutato in momenti di difficoltá, quando i bambini hanno preso una brutta influenza e quando abbiamo perso una valigia. Torneremo in questa bellissima isola e in questa casa dove abbiamo passato una delle vacanze più belle della vita. Grazie!
