This 130 s.m. artist’s villa with a private pool is located in a 4.000 s.m. plot of land, overlooking the big blue of the Aegean. This “slice of paradise” combines low-key luxury with the “earthy” architecture of Kea and mesmerizing Boho vibes. It is fully equipped, spacious and ideal for families, groups of friends or an unforgettable romantic getaway. It can sleep up to 8 people comfortably.

Ground floor: A huge kitchen - dining - sitting room, one bathroom, one bedroom.
First floor: two bedrooms with one double bed each, one master bedroom with one double bed and two single beds, one bathroom.

had a perfect time!!

The house is really nice and looks even better in reality thna in photos.Every room is air contitioned it has a nice interior a nice exterior with an infinite pool!i recomend it for both families and friends.
