The country house "Casa Xyla-sunset view villa" in Melissaki offers panoramic views of the Aegean. This beautiful and comfortable 75 sqm property consists of outdoor areas, a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms with toilet, and an outdoor shower. It can accommodate up to 6 people, has two parking spaces, and is very close to the beach.



The accommodation features air conditioning (one unit in the main bedroom and another in the living room/kitchen, sufficient for all rooms of the main house).
