I would highly recommend it

I would highly recommend it. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was very clean and spacious, beautiful location and amazing food. Although a boutique & a family-run property, the one outstanding feature of the property are all the staff. The owner Ana & her team (Keto in particular) are supremely friendly & gracious hosts. Special mention to Giorgi, the staff who single-handedly managed the breakfast. His warmth, eagerness to please and convivial attitude were well complemented with his efficiency. I’m glad I extended my stay here by a day and strongly recommend this property, which I’m sure would be the best in the whole of the Kazbegi region. The location provides spectacular views of the surrounding hills & of Mt. Kazbegi. The restaurant has a good selection of tasty dishes - feels as though they’re home made! All-in-all, the hotel made my first week in Georgia amongst the most memorable in recent times!

Step inn is a nice n safe place to stay . Deluxe room was spacious and clean . Toilet was clean n spacious too . Breakfast was good and warm . Lunch n dinner menu lacked continental cuisine . Very few dish choices. Restaurant staff was friendly and the most helpful staff was the reception staff Ani and kakha . WiFi was out of order and due to that the owner offered us free lunch . Grateful for that gesture. After staying there for 4 days we felt so much relaxed n peaceful. View from our room was spectacular. Price as compared to neighboring cottages n hotels were more pricey.
