Beautiful property in a very picturesque location. The house is very clean and has roomy accommodations. Bobcaygeon and a couple of golf courses are nearby to keep everyone happy :)We will definitely return! Thank you Diane for hosting us!

We had an amazing time here. The property is beautiful and the kids loved every minute of it. My only feedback would be to provide some potable water as there is none provided (or if it was, we could not find it). Overall it was great and we would definitely come back.

Nothing short of incredible

My family and I (12 ppl total) stayed for 3 nights, this property exceeded our expectations. It was the perfecting setting for our family getaway! Everything was exceptionally clean and the host was very responsive. We will be booking again for sure!

We’ve stayed at Diane’s property twice now - and it is so wonderful. Enough space to accommodate our 3 generations of family, so much to keep the kids having fun, and the adults getting some tranquility. Diane is a great host and super responsive about anything you need! Highly recommend

Quite Possibly the Best Cottage Ever..

Our group had not one negative thing to say about this property & as far as cottages go, this one truly has everything. It is even better in person; clean & modern yet incredibly cozy, easy to find/navigate to & offers views of the lake that really bring the outside in. The kitchen is fantastic & fully-equipped & towels/linens were hotel quality & plenty were provided. The yard is spacious, dock is sturdy & perfect for all ages to enjoy. Overall, we were so thoroughly impressed & appreciative to have found this gorgeous cottage for our girls' weekend in Bobcaygeon & if the opportunity arises for another group trip, I will book here again!! THANK YOU DIANE!!

Perfect cottage getaway!

Lovely house, right on the water and only 90 mins from GTA. Diane was a great host, responded very quickly to all queries and gave other helpful suggestions about activities in the area. House was very clean with lots of room and beds to easily accommodate our group. Would highly recommend and would definitely come back again.

Fantastic family getaway

Diane’s place was SO lovely and perfect for our group size, and ages (we were 7 adults, 8 children). Above the cottage being so lovely, modern and clean - there were lots of toys and games for the kids play. The kitchen was fully stocked so cooking for our group size was easy. Being right on the water was so lovely and our group loved the paddle boards and floating mat. We were so close to Bobcaygeon and Fenelon Falls for little day trips as well. Really great week and at a really great spot! Diane was also very responsive to our questions leading up to and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great stay

Super spacious area. Stayed with 11 people and it was more than enough room, great outdoor space! Had an awesome time here. Would come back for sure!!! Lots of shaded areas, so it would have been nicer to have more sun, but we brought our boat and was on the water a lot so it was a non issue for us!

Spacious waterfront view cottage

Our group of 15 had an amazing stay at Diane's cottage. Diane is an amazing host and very responsive. She made sure we were well taken care of. The check in process was a breeze. The cottage is perfect for a large group. It is clean, fully equipped, well stocked and comes with AC which was a bonus during the heat wave. The bathrooms were newly renovated and felt like a spa. The beds were the most comfortable we've slept in. The cottage is lake front. We spent the day relaxing on the dock watching the boats go by. It's a busy lake with lots of speed boat. We used the floating mat and the 2 paddle boards that were provided. The town Bobcaygeon is a short drive from the cottage. I would definitely recommend Diane's cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing time wtih friends and family.

Weekend stay with friends and family

Property was spotless, everything was just as advertised, water was warm with it being a shallow lake so it was great for swimming at all times of the day, would definitely come again. The host, Diane was fantastic.

Every year my family and I get together and enjoy a trip as a moment to reconnect as a larger group. We've been doing this for around 28 years now and I can tell you that Diane's place was one, if not, the best the place we've ever stayed. If you're thinking about staying here, do yourself and favour and book it!

Our 2nd Stay

This was our second time booking this cottage and it already feels like our home away from home. It rained all weekend so we spent most of our time indoors and the cottage had everything we needed and more! A truly memorable family vacation and looking forward to visiting again!

Friends Getaway

The lakehouse was the perfect setting for a friends getaway. The accommodations were ideal for our our large group. We found that the many rooms, beds, and bathrooms gave us the space and privacy we liked. We loved using the outdoor space too. Thank you for an awsome retreat. We hope to return next year!

Beautiful accommodations!

Or stay at Diane’s cottage exceeded our expectations! We were here for a wedding and wish we had more time to enjoy the cottage’s beautiful waterfront and gorgeous interior. Diane was also extremely accommodating when it came to check in! We arranged the flowers for the wedding in the backyard of the cottage and she allowed us to check in early! Thank you Diane! We hope to be back soon!

Best cottage experience!

From the beginning, the host was always accommodating and polite. The pictures does not do the house justice! Just beautiful!! The kids loved every minute and our guests from Spain had the best time. We would definitely visit here again

Our 1st Family Cottage Vacation

Diane was a lovely host of this beautiful cottage with a gorgeous view of the lake. It was also reasonably priced and perfect for our family get together (five grandparents ages 60 to 73, nine adults ages 30 to 43, and two grandkids aged 2 and 5). I would highly recommend this property!

Exceeded Expectations!

Amazing Cottage owned by an amazing host! Probably best one I've been to so far. The pictures in the listing don't do justice to what it is in person. I don't think I have been to any cottage that has the amount of facilities/amenities to offer. Modern living at a cottage at its best. I'll definitely book this cottage again for my future gateways.
