とにかく親切なスタッフの皆さん

スタッフの皆さんがとにかく親切です。空港からホテルに向かう際にタクシーが道端で故障してしまった時もホテルの車で迎えに来てくれましたし、またタクシードライバーとの値段交渉(ミッションが達成されていないため料金をどうするか)の際もドライバーが英語を全く知らないと惚けまくるのでとても親切にネパール語に通訳と説明そして代わりに交渉してくれました。 またシャワーのお湯も充分な量と温度で出てくるので値段から鑑みると信じられないくらい良いホテルだと思います。かなりコストパフォーマンスの良いホテルだと思います。 また目の前の小道を出て右に行くとすぐにモモ屋があるのですがそこの一家もとても温かい一家でした。

Clean room & excellent staff service

Surprised to find clean plush towels. Amenities were simple but clean. Staff was very helpful. I needed to get to another part of town with my trolley bag but the area is a car-free zone. Staff took me on his motorcycle as taxi can't go there. Really went out of his way to send me there. Cheers bro.

Everything was so good, location, cleanness, price, staff, all good. The only problem that i had was internet wifi that i couldn't connect in my room because it was far at the end of hall and for accessing internet i had to come out of my room! Thanks for helping and good staff and their kind behavior.
