Not what I payed for
On arrival I was positive. It said in the terms on hotels.com that the breakfast was included, and the refrigerator was full of nice homemade stuff. However, there was no water on arrival which is unusual in Turkey, because you can´t drink the water. I arrived late and I was lucky to carry a bottle from the plane.
I made the reservation through hotel.com and it was stated that there were daily breakfast and daily cleaning. I stayed for a week and the apartment was only cleaned twice during the week. There was a bread at arrival but after 3 days I asked if I could have bread since breakfast was included in the price. They got me a bread for 2 days and then no more bread.
The service was not at all as expected. I was told by the owners that this is just the way it is but since I made the reservation at hotels.com and it was stated in the terms that there was daily room cleaning I really feel I did not get what I paid for. No hotel would serve 3 days old bread for the guests.
The hotel has a nice location and the room was nice with a nice balcony and a Seaview. But price and standard do not match. I booked this hotel because of the services since I was there to do some work and I also think I paid extra for the services compared just to renting an apartment with no service. I paid more than 700 USD for 7 nights. It´s way too much for the standard compared to prices, in general, I Kas.
