The hotel provides very good breakfast (missing olives) and is very close to the sand beach. Renovated rooms fits the purpose except the bathroom is very small. The staff is pleasant and helpful. There is a small swimming pool, but better to go to the beach. The city centre is 5-10 minutes walking. We shall probably come again. There is a constant daily noisy motor-bike at 6.00 o'clock in the morning driving near the hotel.

Hotel is recently renovated. Rooms are so lovely decorated and almost everyone with side see view . They are cleaned I believe 2 or 3 time a week. The pool is small but enough to swim. But don't do that. You pass the steps and pass the road and you are on the beach. Morning is fantastic. Calm see and crystal water just invite tkgetinside. Food is delicious anything's youlike it.overall an excellent hotel with friendly stuff.

This hotel was perfect for our family of three. The staff really did their best to make us feel comfortable and we are very grateful to them. They staff was extremely nice and helpful. They provided a baby cot for our 1,5-year-toddler and a feeding chair at breakfast-time. The hotel offered a wonderful selection of food at breakfast. Nothing was missing and everything was fresh and so delicious. The pool area is great as well and I liked sitting next to it in the shade, but you could also lay on deckchairs in the sun. Our room had a large balcony with a table and 2 chairs as well. The room was big enough for us 3 and it was cleaned daily. The whoel hotel is very clean, neat and tidy. The hotel is at perfect location-very close to the beach and also not very far to the centre of Pigadia. We went everywhere on foot and with the stroller.

Hotel Miramare bay has a super location-close to the nice beach, a lovely walk to the center of Pigadia with lots of restaurants, bars and shops and not far from the airport. Rooms are large, with quite a big fridge with a small freezer part. Closet is annoying-the hangers always stuck to the the sliding doors. Bathroom is small, outdated, with no window or ventilation. Shower is just a curtain with a very small square and a drain in the floor. Room was clean but the furniture is a bit outdated. The balcony is large enough with a bit of privacy. The pool is great, not so small and deep enough for a good swim. You can even find some shade around the pool under the wooden roof. Breakfast is not bad, but I was missing some cacao or some chocolate to drink (nothing for kids-even tea was black or green, not fruity). There were too many biscuits and different cookies for breakfast... Friendly personnel with a good knowledge of English was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel is small without any service. The hall smell badly in the first floor. The air conditioning is charged. The bathroom in the room was old and the pressure of the water was terribly low. The toilette near the swimming pool was dirty and old. The breakfast was very poor. It contains mainly biscuits and pastry.

In one week we stay here. Good breakfast, swiming pool. Rooms are clean. Across the street is restautant with grill and smoke into the room. Near by is live music that men cant sleep early. Hotel bar is closed for before sleep drink. Everything is extra pay. WiFi in room, air conditioning and even refrigirator need if travel with kids. Next time i choose another hotel.

A family owned and run hotel with an excellent situation near both beach and town. Nearly all rooms enjoy views of sea and mountains. We enjoy that the friendly atmosphere attracts many of the same guests from different countries year after year. The friendly and efficient staff do everything they can to make ones stay a pleasant experience. The hotel owner regularly arranges a barbecue with her homemade food for her hotel guests. This is a social event that lets the guests who attend get to know each other. Every year we find that renovations and improvements have been made both to bedrooms and public areas inside and outside. This year the main upgrading was the tasteful alterations to the reception area and the breakfast room. The breakfast menu has also been extended year by year, and the new layout of the breakfast buffet is attractive and efficient.

We stayed in this hotel for one week. It is a three star hotel and it basically suits the general description of such hotels or you get what you paid for, no more and no less. Our room was on the third floor where we had a nice view on the bay and the sea. It was clean and neatly tied. The bathroom was quite small, but we could manage. However, there was no air ventilation in it, so it became smelly (considering the fact that you no where in the island you are allowed to throw toilet paper in the toilet, but in the dustbin next to it, although the bin was emptied every morning by the cleaning lady). There was a small flat screen tv in the room, but you could watch like 10 channels altogether, and the majority were either Greek or Italian, one was in English, BBC news I think. Breakfast was nothing special, cereals, milk, 1 type of sausage, bread, greek joghurt, honey, but very good homemade jam, there was coffee, tea, juices. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the beach, approx.50 to 100 m, 5 min to city center. What I need to mention as well is that you need to pay extra for the air conditioning in your room, 7 euros per day, and it is a must because it is a dry heat in the summer. Weekly wifi is 10 eurov and if you want the fridge 20 eurov per week. The hotel also has quite a nice swimming pool area, but we did not try it, because we prefer the sea. All in all, an average three star hotel, good service, location, the room, friendly staff.

This is a hotel that I can recomend for everyone. Very clean, service minded staff, good location. The room had a lovely view over the mountains and the beach. Breakfast was included but needs some improvment. There could be some hot dishes also.

We've just arrived back to Sweden from a very special trip to Karpathos where we stayed at lovely hotel Miramare Bay in Pigadia. The staff at the hotel are kind and very helpful, the breakfast is excellent and our room was taken care of every day. From the balcony you have a wonderful view looking over the bay or down to the pool. You also see the friendly family taverna Kali Kardia which we can recommend. By beeing in the middle of the beach and the town it makes it perfect to stay at Miramare Bay. Heidi and Håkan from Sthlm
