Great apartment

The apartment was very cute and clean at a great location. It had lots of amenities. Close to lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Street noise can be loud when the windows are open, but completely sound proof with closed windows. It doesn’t have air conditioning, but that’s pretty typical for Germany. Would highly recommend. Management was also super responsive to any questions.

Spacious and good location but ...

Spacious, affordable lodging in a good location, close to downtown, trolleys, shopping, and sights. Good kitchen facilities, comfortable bed, large living area, relatively free of noise from hallway. However, WiFi is very slow and service is spotty, shower is a bit small, lighting is not sufficient so room can be dark, we experienced quite a bit of noise from trolleys operating outside, and there are tea bags but no teapot - only a tea kettle and cups. Accessing keys when office is not staffed requires access to a cell phone. Overall, we enjoyed the facilities and would consider staying here again.

Il manque quelques euros 😁

Bonjour je n'ai pas trouvé le parking, je me suis donc stationné dans la rue. La réception est inexistante, vous êtes face à un automate. J'ai payé 94 euros à hôtel.com et la facture de l'automate est de 79,90€, il y a quelques euros qui se sont égarés dans la transaction. Autrement la chambre 25 est sympa au calme sur l'arrière du bâtiment.

Seit 1,5 Jahren buche ich diese Unterkunft regelmäßig und kann sie empfehlen. Gerade, wenn man einen mehrtägigen Geschäftstermin hat, ist die Möglichkeit zur Selbstversorgung sehr angenehm. Das Apartments Verfügungen über eine gute Ausstattung, Supermärkte, Restaurants, Anschluss an den ÖNV alles im Umkreis von 100 Metern vorhanden. Taxifahrt vom Karlsruher HBF zur Unterkunft ca. € 12,00. Taxifahrt von der Unterkunft z.b. nach KA-Durlach ca. € 15,00

alles gut, unkompliziert, grossräumig und sauber

alles ok... unkomplizierter checkin und checkout... zimmer grossräumig und sauber... das einzige, worauf evtl. mehr geachtet werden könnte, ist die küchenausstattung... kein messer und jeweils nur ein glas für zwei personen, war etwas kompliziert ;-)

We loved it definitely booking it again. It was clean and there is a lot of space inside,it was just like a mini apartment. There were no coffee supplies only but that wasn’t an issue. Good place

Living und anderer Komfort sieht anders aus

Um mit dem Positiven anzufangen: die Wohnungen liegen sehr zentral in der Karlsruher Innenstadt, nahe zu allen Einakfusmöglichkeiten wie auch dem Schloss oder Staatstheater. Auch ist die Wohnung nicht gerade klein. Die Ausstattung ist aber eher minimalistisch, v.a. auch was die Küche angeht (von allem nur 2 Dinge, keine Weingläser, nur ein Seltersglas, zudem mit Sprung). Das Bett ist für 2 Personen eindeutig zu klein und eher die billige Schiene denn "Living Comfort". Der Hohn kommt im Bad (das aber nicht schlecht aussieht): für 2 Personen für 3 Nächte gibt es genau 2 Einzelpackungen Duschbad. Darf/soll sich also jeder nur 1x pro 3 Nächten duschen. KEINE Rezeption, dafür gibt es einen Check-In-Automaten, auf dem man alles selbst ausfüllen muss. Man sollte dann einen Ausdruck bekommen, unter welcher Adresse man seine Ferienwohnung hat, aber dieser Drucker war kaputt. Blieb eine Telefonnummer, die aber nur zu normalen Bürozeiten und nicht am WE zu erreichen ist. Wäre die Dame aus dem Büro nicht gerade nach Hause gegangen, wer weiß, hätte ich vielleicht gar nicht einchecken können.

トラム駅から至近で，向かいにスーパーマーケットがあり自炊派にはとてもいいアパートだと思います．エレベーターが壊れており，5階まで重い荷物を運ぶのがたいへんでした．早く直すべきだと思います．8月末なのに暑くて，エアコンがない(扇風機はある)ので窓を開けていたら蜂が入ってきて困りました．東側に窓があったのですが，カーテンが無く，薄いすだれ？のようなものしか無かったため，朝日の直撃を受けて日光湿疹のある自分には非常につらい部屋でした．普通の日光OKな方には問題ないと思います．

Schönes Apartment, aber...

Ich hatte ein Superior-Apartment zur Hofseite, da ich es gerne ruhig mag. Die Karlsstraße ist sowohl tagsüber wie auch nachts eine viel befahrene laute Straße mit reichlich Autoabgasen und liegt direkt an der Straßenbahn, die man auch noch auf der Hofseite etwas hört. Das Apartment als solches war sehr gut, funktional eingerichtet, sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Leider war die Temperatur im Apartment ein Problem. Die Apartments zur Hofseite liegen nach Westen und sind in der warmen Jahreszeit die meiste Zeit der Sonne ausgesetzt. Durch die lange Fensterfront wird es im Zimmer sehr heiß, denn leider hat man an den Rolläden gespart. Es gibt nur mäßig abdunkelnde Vorhänge, keine Thermovorhänge. Ich war im Juni da und die Außentemperaturen waren nicht sehr hoch, zwischen 18 und 24 Grad, das Zimmer heizte jedoch trotz geschlossener Vorhänge sehr stark auf. Das war nicht wirklich angenehm, denn abends bekam man die Wärme nicht wieder weg. Außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten hat man keinen Support. Die Hotline kann auch einfachste Fragen nicht beanworten (z.B. zum Schließmechenismus des Zimmers) und ein versprochener Rückruf erfolgte nie. Wenn also z.B. der Fernseher nicht geht (war bei mir der Fall) muss man bis zum nächsten Tag warten. Das Personal im Haus selbst ist sehr freundlich, sowohl die Damen im Büro, als auch die Service-Kraft. Leider war die Ruhe im Hinterhof auch nicht so gegeben. Zwei Häuser weiter wurde am Wochenende auf der Dachterasse heftig gefeiert mit Lautsprechern im Freien. Freitag ging das bis ca. 24:00 Uhr, am Samstag kam dann gegen 02:30 die Polizei und beendete das Spektakel. Das war wirklich schade, denn wie gesagt, mit der Ausstattung des Apartments und der Sauberkeit war ich sehr zufrieden, leider stimmen die äußeren Faktoren nicht so ganz. Wer nur unter der Woche zu Geschäftsterminen anreist und nicht gerade in der warmen Jahreszeit ist dort aber gut untergebracht. Ich würde dem Unternehmen empfehlen, die Unterkünfte zur Westseite mit Rollläden auszustatten. Dann würde ich vier Sterne geben.
