Panorama Deluxe Studio is your alpine home away from home. The large open-plan living/dining/bedroom has plenty of space for you to relax. The studio has a double bed, a pull-out sofa and a separate alcove with a bunk bed (suitable for 2 adults or 3 children). You have your own private balcony, which is the ideal spot to enjoy the stunning mountain views. The wraparound balcony provides 180° views of Schmittenhöhe, Maiskogel and Kitzsteinhorn mountains.
The modern kitchen has an induction stovetop and is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. After your day of adventures, relax on the large wraparound balcony or take a short walk into the village, where you will find restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Everything you need to enjoy your holiday is only a short walk away.

Only a short distance from Panorama Deluxe Studio, you will discover the Sigmund Thun-Gorge, Kaprun High Mountain Reservoirs, Krimml Waterfalls (Europe’s highest waterfall) and the High Alpine Grossglockner Mountain Road.
In the winter, the Ski resorts of Kaprun and Zell am See provide the best pistes in Austria. The Lechnerberg slope is only 350m from your front door for beginners. The local resorts of Kitzsteinhorn (100% snow guarantee Oct- early summer), Schmittenhöhe and Familienberg Maiskogel offer over 138km of perfectly groomed pistes.
