New Years vacation with family in Kaprun

The Hotel Toni is a very good choice for a family vacation in Kaprun. All the installations are new and / or well cared for. Service in restaurant and bar is very good. Kitchen and food are first class. Especially the New Years eve dinner was fantastic :). The Sauna area with four different options, whow!. Only "negative" points were the Wifi, which is weak, and the noise level of some guest families with children was quite high. We asked to have another table, which our waiter did.

Kurzfassung - Frechheit Das Hotel ist aktuell eine Baustelle - gesamtes Hotel wird mit schwarzer Farbe besprüht (nicht gestrichen!). Zimmer werden pink, lila und schwarz besprüht. Das ganze Haus stinkt nach Farbe. Der Eingang ist blockiert durch schweres Gerät. Der Check in hätte um 15 Uhr sein sollen, ging aber nicht weil die Rezeptionistin ihr Kind irgendwo hinbringen musste. Somit Check dann um 17 Uhr. Im gebuchten Zimmer waren alle Fenster verklebt, beim hinausgehen auf den Balkon haben wir bemerkt, dass die schwarze Farbe überall noch feucht ist - Kleidung verschmutzt. Über die Rezeption ( die Ausnahmsweise sogar besetzt war) dann anderes kleineres Zimmer erhalten. War nicht geputzt, keine Kosmetikartikel, keine Bademäntel, Minibar nicht befüllt,.... Der Wellnessbereich nur von 17 bis 19 Uhr geöffnet, war aber egal, weil man da unten auch erst gerade den Ruheraum SCHWARZ besprüht hat und somit ohnehin nicht benutzbar war. Bar und Restaurant geschlossen. Frühstücksbereich zur Hälfte geschlossen, weil in der geschlossenen Hälfte ebenfalls gesprüht wurde und es dementsprechend stank. Das Frühstück war sehr karg. Semmerl wurden einzeln nachgefüllt. Wurst aus dem Supermarkt. Der Koch weigerte sich ein Ham and Egg zuzubereiten, weil das Manangement das nicht will. Samstag war die Rezeption gar nicht besetzt, das Zimmer wurde nicht geputzt. Die restliche Zeit saß der Rezeptionist entweder essend hinter seinem Pult oder draußen Bier trinkend mit den "Malern". Rigtig fin hotel lejlighed i Kaprun. Vi havde 2 soveværelser til en familie på 4, meget rart at der ikke er nogen der skulle sove i stuen. 5 min. kørsel fra Kaprun Gletcher, perfekt udgangspunkt for en skiferie i det område.

Hotel Toni- apartements již nikdy.

Ubytování v apartmánu, žádné mýdlo, ani inzerovaný fen. jen ručníky toaletní papír. Inzerovaný denní úklid ani jednou za 3 dny pobytu. Snídaně formou klasického bufetu neodpovídající ceně 460 Kč. Lokalita dobrá, naproti hotelu pole hnojené vepřovou kejdou bez možnosti otevřít okno.Nestabilní wifi, Personál ochotný. Závěr : Hotel Ton i již nikdy!!! Předražené, neodpovídající kvalitou.

Sehr schönes Hotel

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Toni. Es eignet sich sehr gut als Skifahr-Unterkunft, der Skibus hält direkt vor dem Hotel, Sauna, Schwimmbad und Wellness Angebote sind vorhanden und das Essen ist auch sehr lecker! Kann nur weiterempfohlen werden!
