The Living holiday home is located on a narrow headland between the Schlei and the marina in the Baltic seaside resort of Olpenitz. In addition to three sun terraces with panoramic views, the high-quality equipment and modern furnishings invite you to live and enjoy.
The open-plan living/dining area on the ground floor with floor-to-ceiling windows, seating area, wood-burning stove and a dining table for six is the centrepiece of the house. Sailing ships can be observed through the living room's window front, while the terrace offers marvellous sunsets. The well-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and ensures complete holiday comfort.
Two bedrooms on the upper floor offer space for up to four adults to sleep and dream. The master bedroom has a view of the water and a box-spring bed as well as another balcony on the Schleiss side. An additional sleeping area is available in the living room on a sofa bed.
There is a fully equipped bathroom on each floor. A whirlpool and a Finnish sauna on the first floor provide a personal spa and wellness area with a view of the Schlei.
Another highlight is the 25 m² roof terrace, which offers a panoramic view of the Schlei, its estuary into the Baltic Sea and the resort's harbour. Here you can enjoy the sun to the full. This holiday home is characterised by a clean, contemporary style of furnishing. Clear shapes and muted colours are interrupted by shabby chic elements and individual colour accents, creating the perfect balance. In this holiday home, less is more.
There are two car parking spaces and a private bicycle shed directly in front of the house.

Das Objekt war voller Spinnengewebe.
Ferner fehlten die Sonnenliegen.
Die Bezüge für die Gartenstühle passen nicht. (zu klein)
Filzgleiter unter den Esstischstühlen könnten für weniger Geräusche sorgen.
Dennoch war es ein schöner Urlaub.

ORO - immer wieder schön
Wir sind Wiederholungstäter im ORO. Das Haus war schön, einzelne Möbelstücke aber schon sehr abgewohnt. Ebenso wäre ein Anstrich der Wände notwendig. Schade, dass offensichtlich nicht alle Gäste nicht pfleglich mit der Einrichtung umgehen, wobei ständige Ein- und Auszüge ihren Tribut fordern. Das Haus war im Großen und Ganzen sehr sauber, aber Staubflusen an der Decke sollten auch entfernt werden. Der Check-In und Check-Out über Büro vor Ort waren problemlos, dennoch haben wir das bei anderen Agenturen mit Schlüsseltresor am Haus schon einfacher und zeitgemäßer erlebt. Wie wir vor Ort von diversen Bauarbeitern erfahren haben, werden alle Häuser in dieser Straße komplett renoviert, was von Mo bis Sa mit erheblichem Lärm verbunden ist. Zwar wird man in den Anzeigen darauf hingewiesen, dass sich das ORO noch im Aufbau befindet und dies im Preis berücksichtigt ist. Wenn man wie wir aber regelmäßig wiederkommt, weiß man, wo noch gebaut wird und das Schleiufer ist schon vollständig bebaut, sodass hier nicht mehr von Baulärm auszugehen ist. Danach suchen wir uns auch die Unterkünfte aus. Wir empfehlen daher, sich vorab beim Anbieter genau zu informieren, wo in der Nachbarschaft gebaut wird. Was wir sehr positiv hervorheben möchten, war die Tatsache, dass man uns einen Tag vor Anreise mitgeteilt hat, wir könnten bereits ab 11 Uhr einchecken, da das Haus bereits bezugsfertig war. Das haben wir so auch noch nicht erlebt.

Tolle Lage, die Aussicht ein Traum
Das FERIENHAUS Living ist sehr schön wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht war richtig toll. Wir würden es jedem empfehlen dort Urlaub zu machen.

Erholung pur
Wir haben ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus vorgefunden. Mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer auf das Wasser. Nicht so schön war die Tatsache, nicht eine Sauna, sondern eine Wärmekabine bis Max. 65 Grad vorzufinden für Max 2Personen gleichzeitig und kein Starterholz für den Kamin! Bei Anreise am Wochenende, ist es schön das zu wissen. Es wäre sinnvoll die Agentur würde ein Starterset anbieten! Das Holz beim Edeka war teuer und nicht trocken. Erst beim Rewe in der Nähe war das Holz gut! Sonst alles super, kann man weiter empfehlen.
