Welcome to our expansive holiday home in the developing resort area of Olpenitz, on the east coast of Schleswig-Holstein, Northern Germany. This property comfortably accommodates up to 24 guests and offers a variety of indoor activities. The highlight of the house is the luxurious pool room, complete with a 20 m2 pool, a whirlpool, and a sauna. For those seeking more active entertainment, the house also features a large activity room equipped with billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, and a PlayStation 4. This room also houses a bar with a fridge. The spacious kitchen/dining area is perfect for communal meals, with two ovens, two dishwashers, and ample fridge and freezer space. A cozy living area with a TV and wood-burning stove is also located in this space. The house is divided into three separate sleeping areas, each with three double bedrooms and a bathroom, making it ideal for multiple families. An additional loft space sleeps six, best suited for children. The house has a total of four bathrooms. Outside, guests can enjoy a large, partially covered terrace perfect for barbecues and relaxation, as well as a nearby playground.
