Beach Tower 1002 es una villa premium con privacidad y vistas excepcionales. Una de las 3 villas en el piso 10 de Beach Tower y la única villa frente a la piscina en el piso 10 de Beach Tower, crea una sensación de privacidad con excelentes vistas al océano y la laguna. Con su plano de planta de 3 habitaciones / 3 baños, hay 2 habitaciones con baño privado con baños privados, 1 es la habitación principal con una cama king size y acceso privado a la terraza, que se adjunta a la terraza principal. El segundo baño tiene su opción de 2 camas individuales o una conversión a 1 cama king con un topper adicional para completar la cobertura. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen con un baño de 3 cuartos directamente de su puerta. Este lugar es ideal para grupos que viajan juntos, que quieren su propia privacidad.

Para esa ocasión especial o una vez en un viaje de por vida, considere esta villa como el lugar para pasarla. Family Reunion

Location & size of condo was perfect. Views from 10th floor were outstanding & sliding doors from living room to the large lanai made the living space seem twice as large. Kitchen was well equipped & having 3 bathrooms with 2 teenagers was very convenient. Pool area & grounds were well maintained & beautiful. Choice of 4 lagoons linked by the walking path was very convenient. Very happy with our stay.

Amazing - great spot

This property had everything! We had such a fantastic time. The location was great, close to shopping and dining. Nice walk along the waterfront! Beaches were stunning. Property grounds were clean, great pool and hot tubs. The room was perfect. Had everything we needed and was clean and well maintained! Can’t wait to stay again.

Amazing

We loved our stay at the Ko Olina Beach Villas. The property was clean and well stocked with all the dishes and cooking supplies you could want. The beds were comfortable and the 3 bathrooms were perfect for multiple people to shower at once after time at the beach. The included beach toys and boogie boards were great. The pools and hot tubs were great and we loved being so close to the beach. The property has a large koi pond and they let people help feed them twice a day, which our kids loved. The retractable sun shade broke while we were there but the owner had repairmen out quickly and had it fixed the same day. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home base for Oahu trip

Clean, updated space with a beautiful view. Kids enjoyed the pool possibly more than anything else we did on the island, including the lagoon. Although nice, the lagoon didn’t capture their attention for very long - small waves and super soft sand. The unit was spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were all very comfortable. Had lots of towels both beach and regular. The kitchen was stocked with basics (salt, pepper, some spices and tin foil). All the cookware you’ll need to make/grill food. The lanai was a great place to sit and watch the waves in the morning and evening. Owners might consider replacing the wicker chairs as the arm rests seem to be worn over time and are quite sharp now. Did not take away from the view and enjoyment of the space. Building amenities are limited (pool and gym only). No on-site restaurant - but there are a few place nearby that are good for nights you don’t want to cook. Windows open but there are no screens. AC works well, showers are all nice. You Wont be disappointed in the amenities. We fully enjoyed our stay to Ko Olina.

Great property for sun and relaxation.

Easy as could be to rent this property. The cleanliness of the property was questionable at best. I travel and stay in approximately 150 hotel rooms a year for work and pleasure. The bathrooms were not very clean and the kitchen floor wasn’t either. On the second day I swept the floor and there was quite a bit of dirt under the couch too the floor around the kitchen counter shows that it has not been cleaned well for a while. I can send you pictures of the kitchen floor as well the master tub that was filthy and had a lot of hair in it. We never used it!

Fantastic!

Beautiful! Well equiped for cooking. The beach and the pool are calm, perfect for a family. We felt really secure on the resort. And the view is juste amazing! I recommand warmly this place! Perfect vacation!

Condo is a bit dated, and could use a little updating. There was a brick under the bed but property manager replaced the frame quickly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic stay

This is our fourth time returning to Ko'olina. As always it was fantastic. We enjoyed this unit, it was very clean lots of extras in the unit including snorkeling kits, boogie board and beach towels. Loved facing the pool with all the activity from the pool and beach. A wonderful time - thank you! We will be back.

Beautiful Penthouse Villa Condo

Villa was furnished with everything we needed, including new snorkel equipment and Tommy Bahamas beach chairs. Property was very beautiful with plenty of lounge chairs and beautiful beach. We had one small hiccup, dryer was not working and Angelica had maintenance in with an hour. Ashlee helped us book our spectacular Family Christmas vacation and Angelica handled details with white glove treatment. We left planning our next visit!
