I love the breakfast, which is excellent with excellent view of the harbor. I would love to give an excellent review. However, the internet is very bad and unreliable. I complained with the staff. But they could not do much. So, I have to give a discount on my review.

The room is clean and comfortable. The balcony is a plus for the room, view from balcony is nice, with a little bit of sea view and it's great for chilling with the view. We can hear a little bit of sound from other rooms at night. But it's not a big deal for us.

Excellent room with a view and good breakfast

Hotel is located right at the beautiful Sizihwan, ferry to Cijin is only a few minutes walk away (we could even see Cijin directly from our balcony). Room was huge with 2 king size beds, plenty of walking space even with our 3 luggages left opened. Starbucks right below if you're a fan. Breakfast provided was good, no wonder most of the reviews raved about it. Location isn't the most convenient if you want a place near all the action. It's really quiet at night, which is something we appreciated. Laundry facilities available on site, but catered more for smaller loads.

You need to specify that you want a room with a view of the harbour - there is an extra charge but definitely worth it. Hotel is boutique style, room is neat and breakfast is good. Got a good price for this hotel at trifargo.com before making final booking at Expedia.

Was upset on the way the hotel handled deposit transacted by credit card. Apparently, they do not how to and unable to void it during check out. A Lot of time wasted waiting for them to find out how and what to do while we are rushing for time.

Comfortable and a great breakfast buffet

This hotel lacks charm or personality but it makes up for it with a comfortable spacious room and a pretty terrific breakfast. My husband and I like to book properties than have more of a local flavour but this hotel is conveniently close to the train station and provided al the comfort we could ask for. The city view was really a view of the rai tracks but much to our pleasure...it was still really quiet.

Good Choice!

We were very happy that we booked the harbor view room at Watermark Hotel. We loved the views so much! The room and hotel were both maintained in very good condition. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and appreciated the short distance it took to the metro station as well as the delicious local foods in the immediate neighborhood.
