Pleasantly surprised that we were upgraded to a better room which is quiet and we slept well. Staffs polite and helpful. Appreciate the laundry facilities although we had to pay NT$100 to use washer and dryer.

This property is ideally located, with easy access to numerous food outlets and a YouBike rental station right outside. It’s also within proximity to a few night markets, though Liuhe Night Market, unfortunately, isn’t as vibrant as it used to be. The staff truly stands out—they are exceptionally helpful, courteous, and friendly. Their service deserves a solid 5-star rating and is one of the highlights of the stay. However, the room requires some attention. Upon arrival, I noticed the TV power cable wasn’t properly fixed and was dangling down. Additionally, the bathroom exhaust wasn’t functioning. While these issues were promptly addressed after being pointed out, it would be better if all amenities were thoroughly checked before guests check in. The shower setup could also be improved. The shower head only stays in an upright position on the holder, which isn’t practical for shorter individuals. Furthermore, the lack of a partition in the shower cubicle makes the bathroom feel colder, especially on chilly nights. On the plus side, the bedding was comfortable, though it wasn’t made on a daily basis. Given the price point, this wasn’t a major concern for me. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money, especially considering its convenient location and excellent staff. With a few upgrades and better attention to room maintenance, it could be a fantastic stay.

Clean, quiet and efficiently run with complimentary vegetarian buffet breakfast. Main attraction is a 24/7 free snack bar in the lobby stocked with pop corn, ice cream and other delights.h Location is 7 minutes walk to City Council (Former Site) metro station. Overall excellent value for money.

The front desk is very helpful and free upgrade our room from standard room to delux room. They are very patient to guide us around Kaoshiong by various public transport. The free snak and ice cream bar is a value plus services. In additional to that you got a free route ride from Kaoshing train station or 美丽島MRT station (7 station away from Kaoshing airport) to hotel. There is a bus station 50 m from hotel for you to take Green , 100 and 83 bus too. It is very conviences more over Liuhu night market is located nearby too.

The hotel is just 3min walk from the city council MRT station,exit 1!surounded by many restro,& some,even open 24hrs. Is also a 10min walk from the night market. Room is clean & spacious. Front desk are polite & hospitable. Free bicycle use from the hotel. Breakfast is exceptional. Staying 4 night, & not a single breakfast is the same.(change food everyday) Not to mentioned the free snack at the lobby,available 24 hrs. Drinks,chips,bun,& ice cream! Also free drop off,at the Kaohsiung train station & mirado MRT station. And is value for money. No 4 or 5 star hotel can beat this! I HOPE THEY CONTINUE TO MAINTAIN & KEEP UP THEIr GOOD WORK!

Since we are now in Rujia Bund Center, Shanghai China, I have to say the general living quality is pretty much higher compared to mainland China, like web control, cleaness, people’s attitudes, etc. I dared to drive in Taiwan, but not in China. This M-hotel offers very good quality breakfast also. We enjoyed the stay, location is very good next to Love River.
