Welcome to Tiny Spot KC, created for those who love to be close to the action with a quiet neighborhood feel. North Kansas City is one of the hottest neighborhoods in Kansas City and has a ton to offer from restaurants & bars to coffee shops & parks, all within walking distance. You are also a quick drive to all things KC. Including the River Market, Power & Light District, Sprint Center, Westport/Plaza, Berkley Riverfront, and easy highway access to the Airport and Sports Stadiums.

The space
Located right next to all the action North KC has to offer, the small studio apartment is located in a house with 3 separate units. The house & unit are older, but we have done our best to update the space so you feel comfortable and at home. We hope you love all the Plant Decor as much as we do.

The space is intended for 1 or 2 people only. There are guest living underneath the space and another unit across the hall so we ask that all guests are respectful of each other and keep the noise down, especially at night. With the small space, you may hear other guest or residents at times.

There are stairs as well, please see photos.

Quiet Hours from 10:30 p.m.-7:00 a.m. If you do not think you can adhere to this rule than this may not be the best place for you out of respect for our guest in the other units. Any reports of loud noise after 10:30 p.m. may incur immediate eviction from home without any refund whatsoever.

Guest access
Street Parking in front of the house. There will be an entrance to the side of the house that you will enter on and walk up a small flight of stairs. Do not park in the driveway.
Other things to note

There is a Minut Noise Monitor in the unit. There are security cameras on the outside of the property as well.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board.
