No Smoking Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, with no exceptions.

Great view and very clean
Over all a fine place to stay, it’s clean and felt safe. The beds were 9 out of 10 for hardness. The couch was the most uncomfortable couch ever made. Trust I tried all the couch made. The kitchen had all the kitchen things one would need to cook, The view and location is cool. If the owner up grades the beds and couch place would be perfect.
