What is the cancellation policy?

Please refer to the cancellation terms shown on the booking platform before completing your reservation.



🛡️ Damage Protection & Security Deposit

A required protection option must be selected after booking through our Guest App.

Choose one of the following:

• $450 refundable security deposit

OR

• $45 nonrefundable Damage Protection Program

The Damage Protection Program covers accidental guest-caused damage up to $450.

Coverage does not include:

• Smoke remediation cleaning

• Lost key fobs

• Lost parking tags

• Lost garage openers

Lost access devices are subject to a $200 replacement fee per item.



🔐 Guest Verification Required

For property security and compliance purposes, all reservations require guest verification before check-in.

Guests may be required to:

✔ Submit a government-issued photo ID

✔ Verify contact information

✔ Complete our verification portal

✔ Undergo a background screening when required by ownership or management

A signed rental usage agreement is required for all reservations.

Verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking. Same-day reservations must complete verification within 1 hour.

Check-in instructions may be withheld until all verification requirements have been successfully completed.



🏢 Building Amenity Disclosure

Building amenities and common-area facilities are owned, operated, and maintained by building management and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, inspections, or management decisions.

This may include amenities such as elevators, fitness facilities, common areas, or other shared spaces if applicable.

While we are happy to report issues on your behalf, we do not control maintenance schedules, repairs, or amenity availability and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access during your stay.



🔧 Maintenance Access Disclosure

Occasionally, building staff or maintenance personnel may require access to the unit to perform essential repairs, inspections, or maintenance tasks.

Because maintenance schedules are often determined by third parties, access requests may occur during your stay. Refusing necessary access may result in a $100 rescheduling charge.
