Always enjoy staying here. Love recliner chair in room and the breakfast is excellent. Like complimentary USA Today. Do wish cable remote and tv interacted better. Can never just enter channel number on remote keypad. Always have to use channel button to go one channel at a time to get what I want and then cannot go back and forth between two channels.

I would stay again if needed to. Done no more need to be Added.

The check in staff was friendly. The room smelled faintly of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. You could hear the other room doors close and people when they were in the hallway. The breakfast was typical of most hotels that offer free breakfast.

overall is was okay but the handicap room was kind of small and is too small for a person with disabilities

Clean, comfortable. Microwave and fridge available. Pleasantly surprised about breakfast served... More than just your standard continental.

I asked for a nice location you put me in a industrel park ,by the train tracks garbage all over, gang graffiti on buldings ,transience living in there cars nearby..the hotel was fine inside a little ruff on the outside.but they kept it nice inside. not made at theme but you done me rong

The wifi was so poor my phone didnt work at all.The toilet was iffy and the shower made an extremely annoying and high pitched sound unless on an uncomfortable setting. The staff were foreign and difficult to understand. My company on the trip had to change rooms due to a moldy damp overwhelming smell, due to a previous tenant of three years. And deal qith a toilet problem as well at ridiculous hours of the night. On a good note, the beds were comfortable and inviting.

A lot of noise at night with construction and trains passing by also there was a odor around the neighborhood

It is what it is. Cheap but you take hits on other things

Probably one of the worst places I have stayed. Booked a double bed room in non smoking. They stuck me in a tiny smoking one bed. Smelled awful. It was nice outside but I couldnt keep my window open because there was no screen. The AC unit woke me up everytime it kicked on, sounded like a lawnmower. Wifi was very poor and unstable. My card key wouldnt ever open the outside doors. Overall a very poor maintained hotel and not worth the price.

The pictures on this site cannot possibly be of the actual hotel. The area was sketchy, the sheets were dirty, the lock on the door was broken, the water wasn't working. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff was nice and the hotel was full of other families

I was very aggravated that a online travel company charged me almost $25.00 more for the room per night that DEFINITELY was not worth it. It smelled of very bad "air freshner" if thats what you want to call it. Old dingy. Hallways were not air conditioned. People was living there! And definitely not worth the price I paid through the travel company. I definitely will book my own hotels when I get to the destination we are staying since it is ALOT cheaper!! The free breakfast was actually good.

I was expecting better when I booked and read the reviews and saw some pics. Whoever stayed before me had a pet because although it had been vaccumed, there was still pet hair on the floor. My bathtub was disgusting. I had to wear sandles to shower in. Had an old, musty smell and the keycards never seemed to work so I always had to go in through the front desk. The worst part was the location. It is not an easy place to get to. I had GPS and still missed the turn. The postitve part was the staff. The manager (younger girl), was very nice and accomidating as well as the rest of the staff. Overall, if this place can get a remodel, it would be great.

Very good experience overall. Staff was super nice and friendly. I was impressed with the variety and quality of complimentary breakfast. Usually whenever I see complimentary, it's just bagels and muffins but the breakfast was much better than that. 5 minutes drive to worlds of fun.

nice quiet hotel. I liked the old decor in the office area.

the room could have been vacuumed better it was very dirty around the walls

I liked it, except the window curtains are semi-transparent that open up directly to outside parking lot. I am not sure if they can see through the window, but You can see people thru from inside and they were cloth curtains.

When we got into our room it was about 18 degrees outside and 20 degrees in our room. The heating and cooling units in the building had gapping holes around and it took the heater 6hrs just for the room to get warm. We told the front desk but all rooms were the same. Breakfast at this hotel was great it had almost everything. There was a gym but it wasn't clean and was in a old hotel room. I would have rather paid for a cheap hotel during the winter. I bet it is nicer during the summer with the pool.

We had a two room suite. It was nice to have a sitting area separate from the sleeping area. Having two bathrooms was really nice. We will stayhere again.

Easy to find and get to. Plenty of food and gas nearby. Convenient to interstate.
