Guest access:
The apartment is the entire lower level of our house, with a separate patio entrance, private walkway and parking on the driveway. Located in a very safe neighborhood, on a cul-de-sac. You can safely stroll, day or night in this quaint community where the streets are lined with 60 year old oak trees.

Other things to note:
There is a full size Pre 1907 Brunswick pool table for those who enjoy a game of pool. Bidet in bathroom & fire table available for cozy evening fires.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a patio and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Housekeeping is available on request.
