Staff was very friendly and rooms were great with a beautiful view. This hotel is in the center of Kandy and walking distance to the temples and other attractions. We really enjoyed our stay here and the large buffet breakfast options every morning.

I stay at Ozo quite often. The service is always friendly, and the rooms clean and spacious enough. The lobby and dining area, as well as the bar on the roof top, are quite nice, and with good view to the Kandy lake.
OZO is perfect for setting up a base for touring the Kandy area. I took a tuktuk to the Temple of the Tooth for about 200 rupees but I bargained for that price, so if you know how to huggle don’t accept the first price you are quoted. It’s a short drive there and if you are in the mood to walk it’s definitely a walkable destination. The staff are very welcoming and professional. From check in to check out there was a great energy about the place. The restaurant has a wide variety of choices for dinner and breakfast. The rooftop bar is also a great place to unwind with great views of Kandy and a pool to cool off.
This hotel is nice but overpriced!!! The rooms are nice but not worth more than $70 a night. Pool is GREAT and rooftop is GREAT but food and drink prices are VERY high!!! They have oranges and apples in the front lobby at reception they have the nerve to charge nearly a dollar for. Beer at happy hour is not discounted and they add 25% to the cost food and drink making one nearly $10 US dollars!!!!! Really in Sri Lanka? I ate at a 5 star hotel in Colombo last night and the drinks were half the price they are here!!!!
