Entrance from Parakum Mawatha is the best for as it serves a ground flow from Parakum Mawatha the upper level road. Car Park just by the building. Enter through gate to 4B Unit living room. Enter 4B3 room . (The Near end room of the 3 rooms)
4B is Fully Air conditioned. Following common facilities are open for guests. Car parking, FABS restaurant- level 3 , Level 1 living rooms , smoking areas, Level 1, 3 and 5, Roof top terrace - level 5.
