House was spacious, plenty of room for our family. Well situated to access northbound highway 89 towards Orderville and the various attractions that direction. Kitchen was clean and had plenty of dishes and cookware. Movie room was a hit!

The host was wonderful, and so was the home. The only issue we had was with the hot tub. We were very excited to use the hot tub during our stay, that is why we booked this home, but because of electrical issues the breaker would flip so the hot tub would not get warm. The host tried to send someone to fix it as soon as possible, but unfortunately it did not get warm enough to use. I have nothing bad to say about the host or the home, just a little disappointed with the hot tub.

We loved our stay at the Gunsmoke Hideout. We were here for our third annual family/friend hiking trip and chose this location for its close proximity to Bryce, Zion and local Kanab hiking spots. The home was perfect for both of our families and children. We enjoyed the hot tub after our long hikes, the theater room for movies and football games and the indoor and outdoor kid activities like the pool table and games. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable and view was great. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again when we are back in the area.

Great stay in Kanab

Traveled with my kids (ages 15 and 12) and my parents to Kanab. So much to do within driving distance! Would highly recommend going to zion and also a tour with Expedition Kanab. This property was perfect for our stay. The location is great;close to town and easy to get to. It was big enough for all of us. I had one question when we checked in and the hosts called us immediately and answered that question. We had absolutely everything we needed—from towels and blankets to cooking utensils and seasonings. I would highly recommend!
